My sister wasn't feeling well and really wanted me to get her a smoothie. I got there 10 mins before they closed. The open sign was still lit. However the door was locked and the women inside indicated they were closed. Very disappointed. I get they were trying to get out of there as fast as possible, but what's the point in having a closing time if you're not going to stick to it.

Today I went to Smoothie King, and unfortunately my app did not take my discount off. My Smoothies are usually great, but everytime I go this particular Smoothie King on University Blvd there's always some type of problem. If the app was working then my Smoothie would have been horrible. I don't know why the app is not taking the discounts off. I earned my discount by purchasing Smoothies for weeks, and I expect to use it when I want to use it. I know Smoothie King is aware that their app is not working by now.

I am currently sitting in the Drive-Thru. Been around the building twice I see two ladies working in there laughing having a good old time. This location supposed to open up at 7:00 now it's 10 minutes after. They finally turned on the light of the menu in the drive-thru after 5 minutes but they still have haven't answered the drive-thru even though I went around twice. Im going ahead and leave because it seems like they're never going to answer the drive-thru.

Terrible experience. Went there, ordered three smoothies, was only given two, had to ask again for the third, got home, realised one of them was the wrong flavour. Went back, got the correct flavour, and was home again before I realised that they put protein powder in my smoothie without me asking for it (the powder totally overrides the taste of the vanilla slim and trim). Ended up just not having a smoothie today. Not sure where the failure lies in the chain there, but it needs to be fixed. Ill find a different smoothie king in town

Guys, you are quick and efficient workers, but when I order a peanut butter smoothie... please put peanut butter in it. Y'all have done this to me multiple times, the Peanut Power Plus is pretty bland without peanut butter.

Sometimes it's great & sometimes not so much. Depends who makes the smoothie I guess. If you get an absolutely bitter smoothie they will exchange it but not without a whole lot of unwanted attitude. But when your paying over $15 for 2 smoothies they should at least taste good. FYI the mango smoothie does not have any sweetner so I was told and it is very bitter. I recommend the Strawberry kiwi or Island. Or any from the kids menu. Good luck!

Service was terrible the other night. Cashier was a young blonde boy with hickeys all over his neck and messed up my order twice but when asked to fix it the first time made me feel like I was a problem so when they messed it up the second time I just left. Also my fiance smoothie was missing an add-on that costs an extra dollar to add but again they made us feel like we were a problem so we just left
