Arby's

This is such a good fast food restaurant to get a tasty roasted beef sandwich. The meat, cheese and buns are good. The curly fries are good to have with sandwich. They have good burgers and sliders and chicken sandwiches also. They have regular soft drinks and good lemonades. They have good shakes if you want a sweet treat. It feels clean and nice for take out, drive through and dine in. Staff is nice and efficient here.

Worst Arby's I've ever been to. I work near it so I have had multiple bad experiences with this restaurant. They close whenever they feel like it, why is there a closing time posted on the door and on line? It should just say when ever we feel like closing. At 8:30 pm I ordered 8 roast beef and cheddar they said we close in 30 minutes and we don't have enough roast beef. On the website it says they close at 11. It is a shame how this establishment is managed.

Ordered online through their website; when I arrived 20 minutes later they said they had not received any online orders and told us to pull ahead because they were on a timer in the drive through despite there being nobody inline behind us. Then when I asked if I could speak to the manager they said the manager, Amy was not available currently. They then miraculously found out order a few minutes later and the person who brought our order out was named Angela with a manager tag. Will not be coming to this location again and wouldn't recommend the service to anyone.

The food was acceptable taste wise, both orders of fries were turned upside down in the bag and they forgot one of our drink orders. I had asked for a plastic spoon and apparently they didn't have one in the whole joint! My daughter just had oral surgery and needed a spoon for the milkshake instead of a straw. Decent customer service is hard to find anyplace this day in time, I'm sure you all can relate.
