Exceptional flavor, fresh food and fast service. I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch medium sub on wheat. My husband had the beef cheddar brisket medium on wheat. We had a very short wait and the food was outstanding. I am glad we chose this restaurant for a quick bite.

Great sandwiches, but they wouldn't accept my sandwich certificate. Poor customer service gets you docked stars. I'll be going to the other one from now on. Very disappointing location and staff here.

So I tried a new sandwich (to me) from this location. Let me just say it was perfect. Tried the same sandwich at a diff location n it wasn't as good as the one I had here. Employees were great. Had questions abt the app part and were knowledgeable to explain the whole thing to me.

Just bought 2 subs and 1 was a build your own sub only asked for salt pepper and vinegar and oil on the sub, It came with lettuce and tomato and sauce so I called to complain and was hung up on. also I handed the cashier a 100 dollar bill and my change was suppose to be 77 dollars and the cashier only handed me 70 dollars I confronted him then was given the 7 bucks owed I think he intentionally messed up my order because I didn't let him steal from me the cashiers name was jeffery

For the second time in two weeks, we received dry, tasteless sandwiches from this Firehouse location. We ordered take-out otherwise I would have asked for my money back.
I don’t know what’s going on, but we won’t be back.

A man answered the phone today an was very disrespectful an rude towards me. He kept talking over me an wouldn’t let me speak. I was trying to ask a question about my coupon. I would rather get service from McDonald’s the way he spoke to me.
