Dairy Queen

Never again will I place a pick up order online, I placed my order at 7:12pm and literally received it at 7:55 after calling 5 times to see what was going on. The lady came out with all our iteam and apologized for so long wait and that had so many orders. We in my opinion don't take online orders if your super busy. Besides that I should've just ordered all my banana splits as shakes because that's what I got. All the ice creams were melted. Very disappointed

Had the worse experience 2 days ago with 2 employees and the “manager” Grecia this restaurant needs professional help in training the employees how to handle certain situations from the cashiers all the way to the manager she thought I was her friends for her to talk to me the way she did then I called the next morning and spoke to the “higher” person David Perkins and all he did was side with his employees and offer to fix the meal for free like I told him the matter of the fact that I was missing food or it being cold wasn’t even the problem anymore it was the way the employees were talking and treating us. Never going back again sharyland dq you will continue to have our business instead sad to say this location is closer to home but they obviously don’t care about their customers

Haven't been to Dairy Queen in awhile. But I was disappointed with my order. I bought the new A1 burger. And unfortunately the meat was dry and not very good. I asked for a sweet tea. And I got unsweetened. I believe I came at a bad time. Hopefully next time this won't happen again. Because I Love Dairy Queen.
