Wendy's

A couple weeks ago, we sat in the drive thru for 22 minutes, an hour before they closed.. circled the building 2x with 2 other vehicles before we left. Every time you order a grilled chicken sandwich it comes with different toppings.... They gave us a burger WITH NO BUNS...... Last night they gave me 2 Jr. Bacon cheeseburgers with nothing more than meat cheese and bacon, stale room temperature nuggets, & the wrong frosty..... They NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE... EVER.. good luck getting ahold of anybody over there.. it will litterally ring till it disconnects. This Wendy's IS BOGUS

My wife just went through our Wendy's they told her in the drive through to give them 20 min for shift change, I've never heard of this at a restaurant, she goes back only because our son isn't feeling well and that's all he wanted otherwise she would of left. She goes back and now they they tell her they are closed even though there's lobby full of workers and they just " did a shift change" this is poor customer experience!

This is literally the fastest Wendy's drive-through I've ever been to. Out of maybe ten trips, I think my order has been incorrect once, which should probably also make it the most accurate Wendy's drive-through I've ever been to. I would definitely rate this business five stars if it weren't a Wendy's.

You can absolutely never expect anything 100% done from this Wendy’s. Either they forget something and give you a half complete order, or get food done well and forget any and every utensil you could need. The food is either fresh or cold and gross. Worked in fast food for 2 years and know that the job is not that difficult and really only requires some common sense, worst one around by far.

Honestly this is the worst fast food place I have ever been too. When you go later in the evening (dinner time) you pull up to the window no one talks. You literally wait 5 min and then you finally have to say “Hello?” And then someone will come on and then they will take your order. After waiting forever for your food order it always comes out cold and never the size you order. The people have bad attitudes and you feel like you are a bother to them. Tonight I tried to go there for dinner around 5:30/6 (had the same experience where no one greeted me and I had to say hello, and then a woman came on and said sorry we can not take your order tonight. I will travel to another town if I do ever want Wendy’s again. Terrible. Small town a couple fast food restaurants and this one is terrible. (For anyone in the area drive to Morris Wendy’s they are a little better)
