Mcdonald's

Had a really great experience at this McDonald's! It wasn't busy for Easter morning, so we stopped by before heading to church! The service was fast and food was tasty. My husband ordered the bacon egg and cheese bagel sandwich meal and I ordered the bacon egg and cheese sandwich meal. Simple go - to breakfast! We love they have a kids play place here like when we were growing up! So cool! We don't see them in many McDonald's. We will return another time before church!

Service seemed quick, and staff was friendly, but all I ordered was a limited time mcflurry and it was not done correctly. It was a regular sized chocolatey pretzel mcflurry. My cup seemed severely underfilled, there were barely and chocolate covered pretzels, and the caramel was completely forgotten about, pretty disapointed as this mcflurry has been one of my favorites.

On April 10th, 2022 around 10:20ish PM this McDonald’s gave the best drive thru service in history. The people moved right along, didn’t rush me with my order, and I got a thank you from the workers who worked both windows. So today was a good day. I had a very good experience with this McDonalds... Thank You...Happy Customer !

I understand many businesses are short staffed these days. But this restaurant seemed well staffed. 5 employees and a manager? Visited last evening went through drive through. 5 cars ahead of me. Ordered a McRib meal. Got up to window for my food was handed my drink and then asked what I ordered? Waited and was told to pull forward. Looked over and saw 2 employees sitting on break. Another waking around. Waited 10 minutes and finally called the store phone. Employee seemed surprised. When my order was brought out I pulled away reached into bag and guess what? No fries. Went back though drive and now waited behind card in line. Finally made it to pick up window asked who was manager? Was told Ethan and he was on break. Gal told me to have a nice evening which was in a condensing tone. Hope the owner sees this.
