Caribou Coffee

I wish I could give higher stars but really wanted Caribou coffee today since I was visiting Minnesota after forever! Took an Uber to this location planning to sit for a while around breakfast time but I got there and then saw the sign taped at the front that said they were ‘drive thru only due to unforeseen circumstances’ Terribly disappointed and then had to walk across to Panera for breakfast and then get an Uber back. Total waste of two Uber trips! Wish it was on the website or something because I did check that for this location for the hours! If it said it didn’t have dine in, I wouldn’t have bothered!

This location is fairly new and is usually clean and has nice seating area both inside and out. It's unfortunate that they have replaced the original Einstein food menu with a much more limited Caribou menu. It just isn't nearly as good, period. The staff is generally pretty friendly. Again, food was much better when it was Einstein system.

I visit here often on my lunch break and the staff are just incredible. All very friendly and nice. One time a staff member forgot to enter in and ask for my rewards phone number, and I asked the barista to help, she didn't know how to help, but asked the manager on duty to help. He was more than happy to help, and refunded then recharged my card so I could use the $8 I spent that day to get my 16 points! I wouldn't have wanted to spend that money and Not get my points! I Really Appreciated it! I will continue to come back as a happy customer! 😁

They just opened so are still learning but they are friendly and fast despite the learning curve. The space is a little small so I don't recommend this as a "hang out" for study sessions or anything but it's clean and welcoming. Also, I love the tea selections thats definitely new and I really like them. You should definitely try the white peach tea sparkles! Heads up though: parking is a little messy because of construction.

My boyfriend & I work different hours so he usually picks me up some breakfast before he goes into work. Consistently my bagel isn’t toasted & my latte is 1/4 empty with no whipped cream and Carmel drizzle. It’s just a little frustrating when you give a direct order and it doesn’t come back how it should. I love Einstein’s but the one in Minnetonka never seems to get the order right. I work in customer service so I know things happen but this is consistent. Just unfortunate. But thankful I get anything.
