My husband asked the cashier for a good recommendation on a drink and she suggested the mango and pineapple drink, which is her favorite. That tasted wonderful and it was a great recommendation! I ordered the açaí berry bowl and that too was delicious! We got our order pretty fast. The food and drinks were great and the customer service was also good.

Although the acai bowl was delicious, the customer service wasn't too great. I stopped in on Friday October 19th around 3pm. It was busy and there was a line. Kids were out of school this day. The cashier was friendly but the young lady responsible for making the smoothies was a bit flustered and irritated. I'm thinking due to the pressure of having to complete so many orders. Maybe additional training to assist her in how to respond when things get really busy? My son ordered a breakfast sandwich. He said the egg in the wrap was cold. He ended up throwing it away. I would have gone back to let them know but I didn't want to deal with any additional attitude.

Honestly I don't know what to say.. beyond unbelievable. I've love the drinks and all but worst customer service. I get it that they got busy but still I waited for 15 for my drink and everyone was getting theirs even the ones that order after me. I saw a drink on the counter so I asked if that was mind which they said no.. and I waited for my drink I had to leave without getting my refund back because I was running late for work at that point..

if i could give them 0 stars i would. The manger is beyond rude. He was on his phone rather than helping me. I tried to pay but he refused to take a $100 bill. My drinks sat on the counter without any one calling my name. When i finally asked if that was my order he said yes. it was not filled up, i asked if he could fill it up he responded in a loud aggressive tone, NO! Then another worker said it was not mine, it was another drink. None of the drinks tasted as they have in the past. Avoid at all cost.

Drove here on my lunch break from work and nobody was behind the counter, no sign displayed that the employee would be back anytime soon, waited for 10 minutes, called incase they had a work phone on hand and got no answer. Left with nothing since I had to rush back to work. Will not make the mistake of using this trip for my lunch again.
