Einstein Bros. Bagels

I should start this review by saying that I absolutely love Einstein Brothers bagels. However, this particular location really does not have their act together based on my experience. I have tried this location four times in the past couple of months and one occasion the store was not open even though it was during hours posted as open. On another occasion the bagels just weren't right, the taste was off. On the other two occasions, they were out of numerous varieties. I'm not sure if they're just waiting for the lease to run out so they can close this location or convert it to a Caribou / Einstein, but either way, I won't be wasting my time at this location again.

If I was rating this last Friday, I probably would have given two stars. I stopped in for a dozen bagels, and two cream cheese. I arrived home with 9 bagels and two cream cheese. To be fair the shop was close to closing, and was under construction. The gentleman helping me was very nice, but was very concerned that the construction workers we're starting before they even had the food put away. Fair enough. I went back this morning to grab a quick bite to eat. I happened to mention Friday's bagel shortage my server made up for it by giving me my missing bagels, and comping me my morning snack. Great service recovery!

This location must be under new management. It's just awful now. They are always out of at least half of their bagel selection. For the last few months me and a coworker haven't been able to order several items on the menu. Soda machine has been out of service. Ice machine another time. Twice, they ran out of pickles. We've been steadfast customers for 2 years now. At least twice a week. Not anymore. Totally bummed at how awful this place is run now.

Very busy location due to Hilton Garden Inn... at least 1/3 of the bagels were sold out. People were taking longer because they had to keep asking for different things only to be told they were out of it. Had I known it would be so busy I would have gone to Yum! across the street (amazing bakery/food but more expensive) but also was not extremely familiar with this area to know Yum! was right there. What I did see was a Caribou Coffee also across the street. So! If you want coffee go to the Caribou store (although a limited Caribou coffee menu is available at Einsteins). I imagine limited Einstein bagel selection us available at that Caribou too like all the other chains now that they merged. If you want bagels go to Einsteins. If you want good brunch stuff go to Yum! I will say the workers at Einsteins were pleasant even though they were slammed. They really were hustling & handling annoyed customers well.

This location was nice and quiet for me to do homework...when ordering my food I specifically asked if the spread was dairy free and i was informed that if was. After eating half my stomach was signaling otherwise. I looked up einstein bagels allergen list and found the spread to have dairy in it...I am lactose intolerant. My 45 minute drive home was very unpleasant. The staff here needs proper training.

I have been here 4-5 times now for a quick lunch. First few times, it was great! Today, on top of my to-go sandwich I found a hair. Completely grossed me out. It is really frustrating to spend $7 on a sandwich and not be able to enjoy it. Also, they were out of potato rolls and the customer service was disappointing. This place used to be pretty good but now I don't think I'll be able to go back.
