Pizza Hut

My friends and I ordered two large orders of wings and a medium pizza. When we opened the pizza box, we were surprised to find a Frankenstein pizza. By this, I mean the pieces did not all match up. When I order a pizza, I am paying for a whole, fresh baked pizza. This pizza was a bunch of leftover pieces put together. It was so obvious that this pizza was not made to our order, but compiled of what I can only hope was from the buffet. I pray these employees had enough decency to avoid putting actual leftovers from customers into this mismatched pizza. I spent almost 30 minutes trying to contact them to voice my concern and request a refund, but I was completely unsuccessful. Twice I was transferred to a corporate worker who tried to transfer me to the store that our order came from, but neither attempt worked. I have yet to receive compensation for this disturbing experience. I took a picture of our pizza, but I do not see any way to attach it to this review. Just note, it is embarrassingly obvious that this pizza was composed of leftovers.

Well. You should listen to the reviews. This location is horrendous. It seems making and delivering pizzas requires a degree in astrophysics cause apparently nobody here can figure out time management or the concept of good customer service. When you screw up apologize and offer to make it right. Not some rude comment like I am the problem you can’t get a pizza delivered in the “20-30” minute window you should (according to your own app) but spent 30 minutes in the car alone. Best part. Not even delivered for the 2nd time in my last 3 orders. I get college kids these days don’t care but this place is ridiculous and I would avoid going forward.

I don't know what everyone else here is bitching about. I order a pizza from here, and either go pick it up myself (always ready 15-20 minutes after ordering) or I get it delivered to my place which is about 1.5 miles away (never takes longer than 30-40 minutes). I eat it, it tastes like pizza, and I move on. I've never had drama with this place. Or the horrible, dreadful customer service everyone keeps mentioning. Maybe I have an advantage because I use the Pizza Hut website, which has all the information you could possibly need, and don't just call wandering about what the specials are (because food-service employees LOVE when people ask that during busy rush times).

I am only giving them a star because I have to in order to do a review. This place is horrible. We called to place an order. The woman said that this was a call center for Pizza Hut and that they don't deliver. Was rude about connecting us to one that does. Finally took our order for delivery, they charged my coworkers credit card, said it would be here in a half hour. The delivery driver calls us to say he's on his way. An hour after that they called and said they cannot deliver here. And now my coworker is on the phone with them fighting for them to uncharge her credit card. 😠😠😠😠😠

I placed my order at 9:19 PM. It has been nearly 2 hours and I still haven't received my pizza. I called at 10:25, 20 minutes after the time I was told my pizza would be delivered by, and they said I was the next order to deliver. Over 40 minutes later, my pizza has still yet to arrive. If I could give this experience negative stars, I would. I tried to call back to cancel my order and because they closed by the time I called back, they do not get forwarded the calls. So, here I am, waiting for my pizza. Can't even cancel my order. Thanks a lot.
