Kung Fu Tea

The taro slush from here is so good! (Probably the best out of all ngl). The bubbles are always fresh and warm, and the slush is always well mixed and flavorful, even if I get low sugar! The atmosphere isn't the best because it is very small and also gets very hot inside, but I came here for their amazing tea, so it is okay! Pricing is pretty average for bubble tea. The workers are very nice and respectful.

The tea is good. I ordered the bitter melon/oolong tea with zero sugar. I was excited because this was one of the few shops I noticed that you can get 0 sugar in your drink. I ordered the herbal jelly and aloe, but oddly the herbal jelly tasted like coffee jelly. Maybe a mistake? I also put in a timed order and I happened to arrive ten minutes early as I entered the establishment to wait for it I noticed it was already waiting for me on the pickup counter. I wasn't a fan of that, as I would have preferred to wait for it fresh instead of it getting watered down. Also, don't plan to sit around because the establishment is very small with room to mostly just order and go.

The bubble tea here is just the best! the store is very small for dine in, its a to-go store. The have a huge variety of bubble tea flavors and a lot of topping options. A must try if you like Bubble tea. My personal favorite is Lychee Punch. The prices are a bit high, but on an average with the bubble tea prices.

Updating my review after trying basically every boba shop in Minnesota multiple times. This is my favorite Boba Shop and I'll tell you why! (My go to: Oolong milk tea - Large - 30% Sugar - Less ice - with pearls) Drinks: I am a milk tea man. And their oolong milk tea here is just outa this world and so consistent. ~ The oolong here is never bitter and has a delicious taste. ~ the lactose free milk they use is so much better than competing boba shops who fail to get the same creaminess and consistency throughout the drink. ~ less ice is actually less ice and they still fill the drink up ~ 30% sugar is not overbearing and allows me to drink it happily ~ cheaper than most one off boba shops in Minnesota ~ Best boba pearls in Minnesota hands down Staff ~ I have never once had a rude interaction here. Everyone who works here is fast and unless they are new, quite good at their job. Now they aren't exactly the most conversationalist people, but they don't have to be. This is fast food. ~ My drink is almost always out on time within 5 minutes which is crazy fast. And although sometimes I do have to wait for my drink because of the crowds, they have never once made mistake which is incredibly rare. ~ when I order online and I get to the store they will let me know the drink I wanted can't be made (due to it being out of stock) and let me just pick any other drink to make on the spot, which is awesome and great customer service! Store ~ Has a parking lot, Amazing for us non-students ~ Online ordering is legendary and Dave's me so much time ~ now this used to be better and I wish they would stay open until 11pm again but they are still on of the later open boba shops on the weekends which is nice! Variety ~ I know a lot of people who don't like certain drinks at bubble tea places. But thankfully Kung Fu tea has good options for everyone! They have great milk tea, superb punches, amazing slushes, epic yakult yogurt drinks, and even coffee! Everyone I know has at least one drink they like at Kung Fu tea, which definitely cannot be said about all other boba shops! Cons ~ Tiny shop, no where to hang out ~ their rewards system is worse than most boba shops (with rewards) ~ it's a bit akward to get inside the store Kung Fu Tea wasn't always my favorite. I have shifted favorites from boba shop to boba shop. But I have been back on Kung Fu Tea for the longest time. Overall it's one of the most consistent, delicious, and quick and convenient boba shops in Minnesota, right in the heart of MN! Definitely try it out when you are here!

So much to pick from, sadly I order the same every time. Love the taro slush with tapioca and popping mango bubbles, 70% sugar. Safe to say this place is a favorite place for a sweet cool dessert treat, would recommend it to everyone. I have tried many other tea shops and im always disappointed with them. Kung Fu Tea is the best.
