Dulce makes the BEST birthday cakes! I think we’ve ordered about six cakes over the past two years.The cajeta is our absolute favorite! The three cake layers make it impressively tall, the dense cake with not-overly-sweet frosting is the perfect combination. MmmMmm.
We had cajeta (goat’s milk caramel) and nutella filled conchas, plus an empanada. Small, extra cozy place with a couple seats inside and two tables outside. Unique place and great food!
Stopped in here on a Wednesday afternoon. My day was instantly brightened by the beautiful colors and wall paintings and the kindness & energy of everybody working in the store. Definitely one of the most welcoming places in the city. I would have loved to try one of each pastry, but restrained myself, ordering one cajeta concha, and am I sure glad I did. It was the most perfect little fluffy cloud of sweet pastry with an ooey, gooey caramel center. It paired perfectly with the coffee I ordered! I’ll definitely be back to eat my way through the rest of the menu!
Warm bakery in every way! Delicious goodies for vegan, gf, and gluten happy ppl. The filled conchas are pillows of goodness. And a thoughtful owner and happy staff make each time I stop in a joy.
Great bakery! Conchas and Empanadas are my favorite but everything is amazing! The owner and staff are also very nice people!
Finally had a chance to hop over to Dulceria Bakery. It's such a delicious and affordable bakery. Love how they have a lot of vegan options and how thoughtful they are when making the bakery items. Also, the staff was nice and welcoming. I got to meet the owner and she was extremely friendly.
Going to go more often from now on!
This place is so sweet! It's warm and colorful inside and the baked goods (including gluten free and vegan options!) are delicious. I can't wait to try more. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming and happy to tell you more about the pastries if you aren't familiar with Mexican bakeries. They are intentional about inclusion and supporting women and poc owned businesses with City Girl Coffee, an all gender bathroom, and signs about pronouns. Would give 10 stars if I could!
I have gone a handful of times to Dulcería Bakery, and each and every time I feel at home. The staff is so friendly and Dulce, the owner, is the sweetest. They offer gluten free and vegan options of their delicious pastries and cakes. Dulce’s mom also makes vegan tamales on Sundays. I will continue to support this small local business for a very long time!
This place is amazing! The team here are so friendly and accommodating that I would shop here even if the baked goods weren’t the best in the city.
Luckily they are the best! From staples like wedding cookies, breakfast rolls and delicious coffee to specialty cakes you will not be disappointed. Especially if you have someone with food allergies / vegan this place will leave everyone wanting more.

Dulceria is THE BOMB. The pastries are unreal, the coffee is local and delicious (haven't tried the horchata yet but I plan on it very soon), the space is warm and welcoming and smells so good and the staff is so sweet and gracious. Did I mention how many amazing vegan options they have? So many! Thank you for creating this space and including vegans into your vision!
