This place is not for the aesthetics, but the food is delicious. A literal hole in the wall (their door is covered with plywood and it was freezing inside), the food was fantastic and crazy cheap. It was I fell in love with the lentil soup (daal) and the crispy tofu, but there are endless menu items to explore. I will say the Thai curry tasted canned, so if you’re looking for Thai go elsewhere, but everything else was fantastic.

It’s a very delicious food. We were greeted immediately and the service was friendly and prompt. It isn't a fancy place, but it was nice. Wife and I had dinner and chose 2 different chicken dishes in a sauce. They were both excellent. Bread was fresh and we had a fried appetizer that I don't remember the name of, but it had onions, spices, potatoes, and spinach in it that I devoured. We were out looking for cars and this restaurant was right next door (almost). It was a very happy accident. If you like Indian food....you will not be disappointed.

I’ll begin by speaking to the location and exterior of the restaurant- it’s rough. I took a walk on a Friday night and the area nearby was not one I’d recommend a friend to wander through alone and in the evening. The front door itself is now plywood. HOWEVER - the food prepared within is made with care, precision, and an eye on a flavorful experience! I began with egg drop soup, which had green onions, juicy bites of fresh chicken, and so much eggy goodness. The portion size was also quite large. Outstanding! 🥣 I then had chicken momo. The presentation was SPECTACULAR! 🤩 Delicate, steamy, and seasoned to perfection! In all my travels, these are - without a doubt- the best momos I’ve ever had! Packed with flavor, there was enough to see a small army! Do all you can to support this local gem! Go there for lunch during the daytime, order food to go, or duck in if you feel comfortable. Regardless, this is an experience to be had! 🌟

I haven’t even finished eating yet and I’m already writing a five star review. The employees were super nice when we went to pickup our food. I got the general Taos tofu; delicious! I also got wontons, samosas and my boyfriend got the Tibet Kitchen Style Steak. All of the food is great, and you can’t beat the prices. Our new go to spot!!!

The menu mostly consists of American, Thai, Chinese, and Indian inspired dishes, but the items that are Tibetan are done exceptionally well.

Good service, clean, and friendly. It was a lot like food I had when I went to Nepal. I had the hot and spicy squid. Also, anything that says "add chili to taste" means request it before you order, I didn't realize that and ended up getting somewhat tame squid. But otherwise it was good.

Tibet kitchen doesn't try much to impress on other aspects but the food here is very good. The Tibetan food served here reminds me so much of the food back home in Nepal. You can never go wrong Chowmein Tibetan style(the beef one has become my favorite), Momos (they aren't great but they are good), Chicken oyster wings, Calamari, the Shabhalay, Tibetan style chicken shapta, or the Thukpa. If you are fond of high chilly tolerance, dont forget to ask for their hot sauce.

I love Love LOVEEEE Tibet Kitchen. I recently have been ordering delivery because I moved from south mpls, and although I am a little on the further side by the twins stadium, the driver is always happy, smiling, and friendly when he calls to say hes outside. I NEVER give reviews but their willingness to deliver to me, along with the great fresh , HOT food I thought was way way wayyy worth the 2 minute review. 5 stars all day Tibet Kitchen I could eat here for breaakfast, lunch, AANDDDD DINNER! Last thing:. Their dipping sauces are tooo die for I could literally DRINK their green sauce, its a lime and cilantro lovers dream.. with something blended in it that gives it a creamy finish.. I always need extra..

The food was very delicious there. I love it. I plan to go back. They are kind and treat you with respect. I recommend everyone to take a visit there. The parking was in the street, so the time I went it was only $0.50 per hour. The parking machine accepts quarter or visa cards. Go try out Tibet Kitchen's food; you won't be disappointed. Recommended! This restaurant tasted so good; it's found in the middle of a ghetto place. I wish they can move their location to a better area because this restaurant deserves a loving environment. Outside could be a ghetto place, but when you go inside the restaurant their vibes are peaceful and very different such as a positive restaurant.

Tibet Kitchen has a delicious assortment of Chinese dishes. Do not skip the pork egg rolls or the cranberry cheese wantons. The fried rice is fantastic, the noodles are great. I've had the egg drop soup and while I'm not used to bits of chicken in my egg drop soup, it is a tasty addition. When I'm feeling extra down, I order a small egg drop, a side of rice, and some egg rolls and have at least one full meal and a snack leftover for right about $10 after tipping. It's the most comforting and wholesome meal. I've dined in. I've taken out. I miss the bar they had, but this place is still my major jam. Please patronize these lovely people!
