I got the lavender haze cold brew. I enjoyed it but I feel like the barista added too much flavoring to the coffee. Lavender is good but it was very strong. The shop has lots of decor and room and the menu is small and easy to read.
Great! It’s probably been several years since I came here last, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it doing really well under a new management. The vibe is chill with jazz playing in the background and my iced latte and an espresso brownie were fantastic. This will be added to my go-to place list as I work remotely.
I liked the chai (heads up it's more on the creamy and sweet side) and the blueberry muffin was great. Appreciate the additions in the decorations since the last time I went in like a year ago, and they've engaged a lot of local artists to sell and add their artworks to the space. They also have plants for sale. It's a cool spot to study or sit down with someone.
Really cozy cafè! Lots of drink options too, as well as $3 hot Earl Grey’s.
Music was good, a little on. the loud side but it didn’t bug me too much.
The lights are dim so the space is a bit dark, this makes for a cozy work environment - just what I was looking for.
Board game options and good seating, including 1 couch and some soft chairs.
Employee/owner was very friendly and welcoming, I was greeted right when I came in which is always nice!
Great spot to just unwind with a cup of coffee/tea or to grab something on your way to work, I noticed there were some sandwiches available for sale too.
It should be criminal that this place is shutting its doors. The homemade chai here is a perfect balance of spicy and sweet, and taste great iced. Staff is friendly. Artwork on the walls is absolutely adorable.
When neighborhoods lose local places like this, everyone loses. I'm glad I had an opportunity to visit.
I met up with a friend here this afternoon and I really liked how chill this place is and the excellent service that I received. I really enjoyed the cappuccino and splitting a ham and cheese sandwich.
Great and tasty waffles! Wish they had more variety to water, as they only offer canned water.
Boiler Room saw me through grad school. Great coffee and cozy atmosphere. Muffins were always good though they didn't strike me as freshly baked. Maybe they were, maybe not but I don't think it matters since they were good after all.
Staff is wonderful, vibe is always good, drinks are well priced and delicious. Great place for a professional meetup, single study session of a friendly date.
