I really like the Moose, had he chance to swing in many times since I move to NE, always like the staff and love that the kitchen is open till 2am. Larry the owner is always nice when we com in also, which makes ya feel welcome.
Excellent Breakfast. Moose on Monroe has Steak & Eggs for $5.99 EVERYDAY of the week until 2 p.m. It has an 8 oz black angus beef steak. Not your typical breakfast steak. It is served with hashbrowns and toast as well. Add a Bloody Mary and you are well on your way to a good time!!! Breakfast and Bloody Mary are AMAZING!!
My favorite hidden bar. I love hanging out at the moose on monroe for saturday brunch & bar bingo. Always a great time!
More than bar food. The Moose on Monroe has a real kitchen with a real menu. Its not your average run of the mill bar food. Lots of choices like East Coast style sandwiches such as the Ruebin or the Phili. They have fresh fruit, ribs, fish on friday, tacos, great pizza. Lots of specials. They have a bloody mary that is a meal unto itself. Having hot bartenders is an added bonus.
I went here for a gathering after a funeral and was very pleased with my experience. The food they served us, even though the servers said they didn't cook it, was delicious. The servers were all super kind and prompt to bring drinks or provide any other help. The facility was very clean and had a welcoming atmosphere.
I got the Penne with tomato sauce and blackened steak; it was $16.99. Although the food was good and the atmosphere was electric, what stood out to me the most was the service. They made sure I had everything I needed and the bartender even asked me my name and addressed me by it throughout the interaction. It was certainly a small thing that made for a memorable experience. I’ll definitely be back.
Went for Karoke with a large group and had a blast. Waitress were great. And loved the Karoke lady.
I eat lunch here on a pretty regular basis. With as many options as there are, around here, I still find NE Moose being at the top. The pizza is great, the patty melt rips, and the steak & eggs don’t mess around. Also, if it’s on the weekly specials menu, you can safely bet on it.
Came here for their Saturday afternoon bingo. Real friendly and attentive service. Our group of four had a hamburger, chicken wings, pizza and a patty melt. All good. Although we didn't win, the games were well called and we enjoyed ourselves. Nice size crowd and decent awards. This bar/grill has a big dart board wall and plenty of TVs. Lots of action.
Ate here today for the first time. Amazing! Food was so good! Fun place. And our waitress Phyl was wonderful. Even tho she was very busy we felt she helped us a lot with advice and we never felt rushed. She spent time with us.probably the best waitress I have seen! Thank you, Phyl!! You are a gem!

Entertaining friendly staff, karaoke 🎤 is all jumping with ppl. Great place to dance on a large dance floor upstairs. Plus downstairs DJ pance parties are a plus.
Fun little neighborhood joint. Brunch is cheap and delicious and if you love unique Bloody Mary's, they use a dill pickle mix by Spooky that is just the best thing out there. It's pickle, vinegary, and fragrant.
In the summer time its a biker hangout with a diverse crowd. Good neighborhood bar and beautiful bartenders. ;-)
Atmosphere was amazing. Bartenders were amazing. Karaoke was soon much fun! Definitely recommend.
After my sister's celebration of life, we all went to the moose for a gathering. Everyone was amazing and the food was great!! Brenda went above and beyond!!!
