We had an hour and a half wait to get into Broeders (no resi so we went next door to their other restaurant for a cocktail ) . Long story short, they had a cancellation the couple in front of us just wanted cocktails, so then we were asked if we wanted dinner and we gladly accepted. I'm so glad we stayed! I enjoyed the negroni. It was not the traditional negroni. It had a unique herbaceous quality and was delicious, well balanced and not too bitter. We enjoyed the salmon/pesce crudo with compressed butternut squash, the beet salad with a delicious whipped goat cheese pancetta "dollop" , and then pasta with fungi .. Our server was really busy but attentive and made great recommendations on the pasta and wine:)

We had a fantastic Happy Hour experience here (hh is 4-6, M-Sat, Terzo is closed Sunday). They are clearly run very well here and I’d imagine one of their goals is to make customers feel very welcomed and appreciated (mission accomplished!). They gave folks sitting at the bar a free snack, a sample of wine, and terrific service. Michael was exceptional on Saturday. I’d recommend the HH for sure and the menu looked fantastic for dinner. It gets busy in colder seasons more quickly so plan accordingly!

Killer wine list, service that actually makes you feel welcome (apparently a rarity for Minneapolis) and great food (especially the pasta 🤤) I would come here pretty much all the time if I lived in Minneapolis. A definite can’t-miss.

I have been wanting to come to Terzo for quite some time and so my husband and I finally made the trip. BEST RESTAURANT IN MINNEAPOLIS! I mean seriously, this place blew me away. First things first, the wine list. STOP IT! It's sooooooo diverse and all encompassing. Being a somm myself, I paired both my husband and I's dishes with 3oz pours of wine. The descriptions of each dish were so spot on that I was able to make a confident wine pairing. Each course featured an explosion of flavor while still having Italian cuisine at the forefront of the dish. I will say, my favorite dish was the fernet gelato affogato. Absolutely genius. That's all! Can't wait to come back! Thanks Terzo

Service was phenomenal, so was the food. Google suggested Terzo for pizza... They don't serve pizza. We were hungry so we decided to stay. Glad we did.

Knowing how good Broder's is, I came to Terzo with high expectations. My friend and I went to Terzo for dinner, and we left the building feeling very fulfilled. Since most people recommended the porchettas, my friend and I both got that. I had the calabrian porchetta, and she had the mushroom porchetta. Needless to say, the slow-roasted pork was a definite highlight! It was tender, flavorful, and juicy, and I don't even normally eat pork. The porchettas' individual flavor profiles were elevated by the respective types of aioli, but it was evident that the pork was the dominant ingredient. We also enjoyed the mousse di fegato, which contained a good combination of chicken liver (can be bitter to some) and sherry gastrite / angostura mustard (leaning towards sweet). Finally, the torta gianduja is a dessert that I have seen from a Star Tribune article, and I have been longing to try it. It was a 10 out of 10! The hazelnut in the bottom complemented the layers of chocolate (different texture each layer) so well, on top of the sea salt, in addition to the cocoa powder on the side, that every bite was as enjoyable as I could imagine from a chocolate cake, which I typically would dismiss as too "bready." Overall I recommend this place, especially regarding the porchetta that my friend and I had tried! We did not try any primi or secondi here, but I wouldn't be surprised if others have positive experiences with those dishes!

It's a good Broder's experience. As expected the food was better than ordinary. Completely fresh and innovative recipes with bold flavors. They have an excellent cocktail menu and an ample selection of good wines and aperitifs and digestives. But for our dinner the cherry on the cake really was the waitress running out with the jacket my friend left behind and making sure we got her attention, adorable and sweet. Please go enjoy!

Food was excellent! Terzo is not your basic pasta and pizza Italian place, it feels much more authentic. Our server, Bradley, was very knowledgeable and helped us select delicious wines and foods, and his passion was contagious. Every person treated us like VIP's and clearly took great pride in providing excellent service. We will certainly be back!

I've been meaning to try Terzo for sometime now. I decided to try three different courses from their menu: Wagyu Beef Carpaccio (antipasti), Pappardelle Alla Cacciatora (primi) and Roasted Chicken Breast (secondi). I liked everything I had but I feel the Chicken was probably the best dish.
