This is my new favorite place and Madeline was the perfect server. The sangria was the best in the Twin Cities and each bite was unique and superb. Can't wait for a warm day outside! Thank you for being authentic and delicious Rincon 38. I just might be a regular!

I’m not sure 5 stars is enough. What a wonderful experience. Everything was absolutely delicious. The staff was amazing, attentive and accommodating. Even ok the busiest of days, they made every guest feel welcomed. Yeah the prices are high but so is everywhere else you go these days. Most of all, we have someone that has celiacs and needed gluten free and wow just wow. I’ve never seen a restaurant take care of someone like that. Can’t wait to go back.

Rincon 38 is a tapas restaurant located in South Minneapolis that offers a nice selection of tapas with bold flavors. The cozy atmosphere and superb quality of the food make it a great spot for a night out with clients, a date, or friends/family. Some of the standout dishes include the Patatas Bravas, which are fried potatoes with spicy tomato sauce and alioli, and the Ensaladilla Rusa, which is a Spanish potato salad with imported conserved tuna, carrots, peas, and mayonnaise. These dishes are rich and creamy, making them perfect for sharing with a group. For those who love wine- they have a great wine selection. The restaurant feature happy hour with a drink and food menu. The “Chardonnay” was nice and crisp from Chile. Overall, a great Minneapolis tapas restaurant that offer bold flavors and wine. If you don’t make reservation- I recommend arriving at 4:30 when they open. Seems very busy free 5:30.

Enjoyed great smaller plates for a date with my spouse. We enjoyed some of the happy hour choices. The halibut was my favorite with meatballs, olives, piquillo peppers and empanadas were also delicious!

We really enjoyed Rincon 38 before the pandemic and we paid it a visit today over the July 4th weekend. The service was warm, friendly, and unintrusive (thank you Ricardo). The tapas came out beautifully plated and still have the same fantastic taste. We ordered Sangria Rojo, Pipirrana, Coliflor, Plato Iberico, Toledo, Gambas al Ajillo, Vierras, Borrego, Carne Brava. For dessert: Kalua Flan, and Chocolate Torte. Thanks for a wonderful meal.

This is a cozy Spanish restaurant with a good selection of tapas. We enjoyed the scallops, paella Sevilliana (meat heavy rice dish), and tres leches cake. The service was quick and efficient so it's easy to order a few dishes, graze, and order a few more.

Can’t say enough about this place. So authentic in their offerings. Had 4 amazing dishes and the best tres leches I’ve had in the Twin Cities. Comfortable seating-but you will be close to your “neighbor”. Nice little patio street side. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. Love love love this place

Crisp, tart bubbly wine made a good companion for the delightful bites from the kitchen. The coffee flan desert was exceptionally decadent. Other bites were well crafted and artfully plated. Go and sample the menu! Service is prompt and knowledgeable of the menu, so bring a friend to experience this restaurant.
