Great dinner experience! My husband and I came in for an early dinner before the Timberwolves game and ended up sitting at the bar since the dining room was pretty quiet so early. The bartender ( I think his name was Jake? Blonde bun and tattoos) was super welcoming and fun. Food was great. My husband got the burger and fries from downstairs and I got the lobster pasta along with a couple of smaller plates. Portions are on the smaller side so come ready to try several items. We'll be back!

Went for restaurant week. Green salad, swordfish and a brownie w ice cream. It was absolutely delicious. My only complaint was the swordfish (which was an entree) was about 2-3 bites. It came w a small rice ball but this was nowhere near enough for dinner. (We ended up grabbing an app at a nearby restaurant). The restaurant should either 1) provide an actual serving of swordfish or 2) let diners know the size and highly suggest adding an app or side of some sort.

I’m going to give them 5 stars because the drinks are phenomenal! The staff doesn’t know the ingredients of the drink or the food but it’s still good. RECOMMENDED!!

This place is amazing. Elegant food choices. We had a burger and fries, though, and they were very good. Order a specialty cocktail. The ones I had were fabulous.

Great restaurant in north loop featuring the classic modern American menu.
Enjoyed the parlor burger here and also tried the prok belly and the steak!
Enjoyed my parlor burger and the pork belly quite a lot! I personally wasn't a huge fan of the steak but others really liked it!
The cocktails here are also well crafted and nice. However they very much lacked an option for people who prefer citrus or fruit type cocktails. Which is usually the only thing I get haha.
Wait staff here was amazing and was great at conversation and seemed interested in our day. Wish I knew his name so I could mention it here.
Overall a great place in Minneapolis if you are looking for a upscale American restaurant with a smaller menu.

we tried the brussel sprouts, octopus, black cod, and salmon from here. it was tasty and fun to try everything, but i do feel like the food was a bit overpriced for what it was. service was great and they were very accommodating! waitress was happy to answer questions and even brought us a drink on her which was super sweet.

The menu is very eclectic featuring a mix of flavors. I really appreciated the ample nonalcoholic drink options. I really liked the "perfect matcha". The coconut and matcha flavors blended well. I also enjoyed the devil egg and salmon dish. The cheese puff was a miss for me. The dough was too chewy and the cheese was too tart. The food came out a bit slower but our waitress was friendly and attentive. Worth a visit for sure!

The highlight for this restaurant for me was the carrots. I love pistachios and having that mixed in to the drizzle that coated the carrots was insanely delicious. Some of the reviews on here mention how the portions are kind of small and not filling, and I have to agree. My friend and I ended up leaving the place with both of us feeling still a little hungry even tho we ordered one “snack”, two shareables, two entrees, and dessert that we split between the two of us. But but I’m still leaving it with five stars because truly I thought the food was soooo delicious. We loved every single item we ordered. Also the service was great and they were all so nice.

This place is easily one of the best in the twin cities. I'm not a food critic or anything but like I've eaten at a fair number of places and this is my favorite by far.
Order the burger, just do it.
And the deviled eggs.
And the octopus... Tbh I doubt you could go wrong.
