Papa Johns Pizza

You wouldn’t think this is a good place given the location and appearance of the building, but they always greet you and are friendly. Pizzas are done on time and usually taste great. Writing this review because I know how hard it can be to keep the same workers and also hire high-quality staff for these types of businesses. In contrast the Pizza Hut on Glenview is a great example of an absolute disaster of a business. Orders are ALWAYS wrong, always late and the staff is horrendous. They also like to swipe your CC number and make illegal charges with it. Had to have 2 CC replaced because of this. So great job to this Papa John’s location for being able to keep the same staff for a fairly long time and just being nice to customers.

I called in the morning to get a carryout for the evening, but there was a miscommunication and it was delivered instead. I don't carry much cash and since I intended to carry out I didn't think there would be an issue with that. I was surprised when the delivery driver (who happened to be the manager) showed up promptly at the time specified in the order as I was about to go pick it up from the store. I didn't have enough cash on hand to pay and offered to meet him back at the store to pay for it as initially planned, but he said what cash I had was close enough and to have a great rest of my day. It really worked out to make an otherwise chaotic day just a little bit easier and I was very grateful for his kindness. I've ordered from this store several times in the past and have always been satisfied, would recommend.

Order is ALWAYS right. Toppings and cooking is on point. I actually messed up MY OWN order online and Matt fixed it with no hassles, Wauwatosa Papa Johns over the West Allis Location Any.Day.Of.The.Week. On a side note the West Allis location messed up 3 pizzas in 1 order, then remade them and still messed up all 3 pizzas. The next time I ordered I got a free pizza (from the mess up) and they did me wrong again. You never get that problem at Wauwatosa Papa Johns!

Great pizza place, kinda hidden and small. Only for carryout and delivery. My order was made promptly after I placed my order online , tried the alfredo parmesan new pizza and was absolutely delicious. I'm avoiding marinara sauce because of heartburn and this is the perfect replacement. Not fan of marinara sauce anyways. The only thing I would change is making the crust a little less salty but still very good. Good job guys, recommended.
