Buffalo Wild Wings

I came here after work tonight to get some additional work done because I was getting sick of the usual coffee shop vibe and just wanted some regular hot food. There was a skeleton crew as seems to be the case with most places, but man, they were really on the ball from what I could tell. I was primarily served by JASMINE (sp?) and I hope management is reading this because ***this girl deserves a promotion.*** I did restaurant work myself when I was younger and I recognized that although she was running a mile a minute, she was in that zone where she was (accurately!) remembering every detail for every single person and then flawlessly getting everyone what they needed like she was doing a well-choreographed dance. She was really pleasant, too! Definitely a priceless employee - take care of this one. I sat at the bar and was also helped by someone who appeared to be the manager. He was also very attentive and nice and checked in to make sure I had what I needed. I overheard him at one point dealing with an upset Door Dash customer and the few parts I heard, he handled it like a champ, exactly the way managers should handle things, but so few ever seem to. I had the classic chicken wrap which was simple, refreshing (if you can call chicken that?), and good. I had the onion rings which were awesome. They must do something special to the onions so you can bite them and not pull the entire onion out through the breading. Genius! I also got the chocolate cake but had to take it home because I was full. Without asking, Jasmine came out with it wrapped up with the ice cream in a separate cup all in a little bag for me to take home. This is not typically the type of place that I go to, but I was VERY pleasantly surprised by my visit tonight. After I very long day at work, the staff made it really easy for me to get fed and just chill out with some good food before going home. Thank you. I’m sure I’ll be back. 😊

The service was great and they were very friendly. They were always making sure we were content and had everything we wanted. The food was very good. It was a wonderful experience.

As soon as I walked thru the door I felt like family. The hostess was polite and seated us immediately. The food was served in a timely fashion and tasted excellent . I didn't have to wait for refills on mg beverage and the bill was pleasant to look at. All in all, I'd have to sat the place was clean, the bathrooms were kept well tended and the atmosphere was energetic. I'd recommend this place to anyone that wants to enjoy some good food in a good place.

I just stop in to purchase some Jerk Caribbean Sauce & the service was nice. I Read the reviews for BW3 why did you say Hey there to me bt call everyone else by there name?
