La Merenda was scrumptious!
Went here with my parents before going to show.
I made a reservation in advance and it made the process easier .
We were recommended cocktails and I got the special “the Flannel Shirt” .
We got 7 dishes for the 3 of us to share.
The cheese curds were amazing - unique and lovely.
Empanadas are so good - we got the veggie and it was great.
The maple pork chop was fantastic - I highly recommend this.
The dishes that disappointed were the potato truffles and the Argentinian beef. The beef was very bland and not special.
The Moroccan beef was fantastic ! I highly recommend this dish too.
Overall La Merenda was great! The prices were very low for the portion sizes and quality. I would recommend two dishes per person to share unless you’re extremely hungry.
Can’t wait to come back!

Impeccable. Delicious. Outstanding. Incredible world cuisine. Fabulous drinks, personal service, refreshing wine, relaxing atmosphere, cannot speak highly enough of our time here. A veritable diamond in the rough.

First time and couldn’t be more impressed.
Walked in about 5:30 on Saturday night without reservation with my wife. Some spots at the bar available but they said we could have a table if we would be done by 7. Our waitress said this shouldn’t be a problem as the food would be quick (10-15min). They were spot on as the food came quick and we were able to sample 4 plates in ~45min. The food was another level of outstanding. We each picked 2 dishes and then argued about who made the better choice. There was no loser. Portion size is bigger than I’m used to. I would say each is a 4person sample size.
Great find that I will add to my list of go to’s in the future.

All around wonderful experience. Delicious flavors from around the globe, along with kind and helpful staff to navigate your flavor journey. Two of us got four of the heavier plates (staff can advise) and are plenty full.

Came here for lunch for the first time in over a decade (we don't live in the state anymore). Just as good as it used to be, maybe better. Loved the beef empanadas. If I could recreate them at home I'd eat them at least once a week. The duck Thai curry was another standout. Open space while still seeming intimate, decent wine list, and helpful servers.

The food was great, some tapas blew me away but then others were just alright.
Favorites were the Butter Chicken and Argentinian Style Beef (although a lot of potatoes).
Sangria is really good, and the cocktails we tried were great as well.
Atmosphere threw me off a bit, as the room has some quirks, yet is full of character.

Fantastic food with reasonable price. Argentinian Style Beef is the best steak I have ever had (but the plate is small. only two bites of beef). Duck confit is great, Lamb Bolognese is okay. To my surprise is that they charge $2 for a little bowl of rice, considering the whole bill of ~$80.

Fabulous place! My friend lives nearby so we thought we'd try it. Great idea! Tapas style so the servings are smallish and meant to be shared. International dishes. Try the shrimp and pork tostadas. Highly recommended
