Ordered food from Chipper in the drive thru. Hands down the best customer service I have had from any one in a very long time. The food was excellent as well. I will be calling the corporate office to let them know how great of a job that gentleman and his crew did today for lunch. 12/16/23 @ 12:05. Well done!

This place is usually under staffed. So there is a slight weight for the food at times.. but so worth it cause the hard shell tacos are actually crunchy . And the food is always hot! Out of all Taco Bells I've been to. I'm in love with this one!!!

So Sunday, late night, rough one, no vehicle due to me totalling it few days prior. But only reason its relevant is obviously when you go through a drive thru, well ya need to be driving... But I was waiting for the bus on 60th and National and seen Taco Bell was still open at 1am and thought hmm would he let me order something if I walked to the window? Well not only did the nice guy let me but he wouldn't take my money and said God bless have a great day! Thanks again sir the world needs more people like you and not cause u didn't only take my money I think u seen I had a rough one. Ill pay it forward thanks again

Went through drive thru with a mobile order. It still took them a long time to get food ready while we were in the drive thru for pick up. But food was hot and fresh so they likely got it ready when we were at the window.

Its taco bell. The service usually isn't good but this last time they did better then usual. It didn't take 30 minutes and they got most of my order correct.

Parking is ample at this Taco Bell location, but the entry is somewhat strange. To enter, one is actually at the rear of the building. That is because the front of this Taco Bell is between three busy streets: Greenfield Ave, 60th Street & W National. There is handicap parking and handicap seating for those who would require it. There isn't a wide range of menu items. However, service is fast & The staff is friendly.

This location was remodeled recently. New color scheme [very modern grey and metallic] both outside and inside. Inside now has choice of seating; tables with chairs, half booths with chairs, counter with stools, and tall table with stools. Open and airy. Drive thru is quick when you need a late night snack. My suggestion, Burrito supreme or a meal deal.
