Outstanding customer service! I wish that I got the names of the gentlemen working there, but they were very nice. After earnestly trying to get my gift card to scan for payment and it didn't work, they very kindly gave me my sandwich free of charge.

I had a sandwich delivered and there was no dang turkey on the turkey club. So I called and they sent me another sandwich loaded like it was supposed too be. Now that's great workers and services .

Just went through the drive thru at Jimmy John's on Miller Park Way. Gabriel took our order and is the best drive thru worker I have ever encountered at any restaurant. Love his personality and the amazing vibe he gives off. Will be back. 😊

Great spot, just fix the speaker and microphone for the drive-thru! It's super quiet and the microphone doesn't seem to work too well so the cashier and the customer can't hear each other most of the time. It's probably the worst drive-thru setup I've ever experienced.

Order was messed up: missing cucumbers, pickle sliced into quarters in the most whacked out way possible, and I didn't get my kickin' ranch that I paid extra for. BUT it was indeed freaky fast and I was hangry so I'll let it slide for today.
