Jimmy John's

I don’t even think a one star is good enough for the store. I ordered my food at 12:45. I first received half of my order at 2:45. Now my order was just a combo one combo. They forgot the chips I called them before the guy even got down to the corner of my street. So obviously he didn’t have them in his car. The manager told me they would send them out immediately. 445 I called because I still have not received my chips. It is now 534 and I’m still waiting for the rest of my lunch we’re just a bag of chips. Why won’t I take a store credit on them because I will never ever ever in my life be ordering from the store again .

Has to be the slowest Jimmy Johns delivery process ever, coupled with the least qualified people to be handling food, OR driving the delivery cars. I regularly order because I enjoy a good sandwich, but I've learned if I want it for lunch, to order when they open up in the morning because it takes these incompetent folks that long to get it to you. Lazy, slow, incorrect orders, if this was my store I'd be ashamed.

Food was "Out For Delivery" for an hour- finally said it was delivered, searched the entire property: spoiler alert, it wasn't there. Called the store, was told I would receive a call back regarding the location of said food. Didn't get a call back. Called again, was told by someone named Peter that claimed to be the manager that he couldn't reach the driver & we would have to wait for him to return to the store. I asked that new food be sent out because I really don't want food that was delivered to someone else (also this is occurring 30 minutes before they close). He told me no & that he could refund my money for my attitude. Grossly unprofessional, he offere no course of action other Ryan to just wait for our food to be retrieved from some other location. Rudest "manager" I have ever dealt with.
