I'm not shy about my love of coffee. Roast is one of my new happy places now. The coffee is amazing, food is great and super well priced, and everyone there has been great the two days I have been there so far this week. Highly recommend for everything from a quick bite to a first coffee date to a temporary office for the morning.
Roast is probably my favorite coffee shop in town! The coffee is good quality and I'm impressed by their selection of specialty drinks. I absolutely love the Crackhead. :) the names of everything are fun and unique and it has a good atmosphere. I also recently discovered how good the breakfast sandwiches are! Love this place.

I have never been so pleased with a coffee shop in my life. I feel such a strong connection to Roast Coffee Company, MY neighborhood coffee shop. Luca Chris Adams made me the most delicious sandwich I've ever tasted. Though I am white and it was a bit spicy, I thoroughly enjoyed the complex flavors and the speed at which it was made for me. A cute coffee shop! I always drive past here when coming home, but i never stopped in until today. I really love how they have only 2 size options for drinks. it's 12 ounces for a hot drink, and 16 ounces for an iced drink! I love their iced vanilla latte. i did not get any food, but they have a variety of sandwiches a person can choose from too! the baristas are super nice, and are extremely efficient with getting drink and food orders out!
I have been going to Roast Coffee since I was a little kid and it will always be my ride or die coffee shop. Everything from the quality of the coffee to the atmosphere of the shop embodies what a coffee shop should really be. If this coffee shop didn't exist, a piece of my literal soul would not either. Plus, owner Ryan is a cool dude. Good vibes, damn good coffee.

My family and I have been going to Roast since we moved to the neighborhood almost 13 years ago. It’s by far our favorite coffee shop, the coffee is consistently delicious, the vibes are great, the owner is such a nice guy, as are all the baristas. Thanks to Luka for making our drinks tonight!
We had Roast at our wedding and it was absolutely amazing!!! Everyone just loved the espresso bar and the baristas were the best! People kept bringing me coffee's and by the time I got to go get my own, they were already out of the Raspberry Truffle, but everyone just loved it!!

Had coffee at the Kiosk at Third Ward Art Fest. Not only was the customer service phenomenal but the Vanilla Bourbon Iced Latte was amazing! Had to come back for a second!
Roast is a cozy, friendly café with truly outstanding coffee and service. It’s located near the University, and so is filled with students and professors, as well as all sorts of community members. It has a lovely, local feel - much better than Collectivo, Stone Creek, or Starbucks in every way! Roast is hands-down the best café in Milwaukee.
