This is probably the most unique bar I've ever been to. The atmosphere is unbeatable and I love seeing the new art displays every month!
What a fun and quirky little spot! I visited on what turned out to be their 19th anniversary party. They had great food and drinks to celebrate, followed by a performance from an accordion band. The bar and many patrons were also pirate themed. Good drinks, good atmosphere, good time.
Most excellent mix of art and cocktails. Games available, pool table, live music, great food nextdoor, lively, charming atmosphere. Yearly art show that is a must see!
Love this bar. Dog friendly. They change out their gallery regularly. Friendly for all ages. Theres always a good diverse crowd when I go. Drinks are great. Some food is available. Games. Outdoor seating. Check it out

Nice enough bar. I like they get local artist in and I enjoy looking at the art. Could still use a TV, there is only so long you can look at the same art pieces if you are waiting for someone. Worth a stop in just for a different atmosphere

I went to Art Bar for a friend’s “going away” party. It was a very nice and quaint place. It’s loud and full of energy. When I went in, I got a lot of stares. I’m not sure if it was because I’m so good looking 😊 or because I’m Black. I’m going to believe it was because I’m good looking. In spite of the stares, I totally had a great time. Who knew there was such a jewel on the east side of Milwaukee. The people were friendly; the atmosphere was inviting and the decor was memorable. Please go to Art Bar, and let it be your new happy place.
Beautiful way to end a hectic week. Eating dinner on the sidewalk patio and watching the sunset. Staff is limited so patience is needed.
