Smokin Jack's BBQ is the absolute BEST food there! Aside from the wonderful, relaxing and ethereal atmosphere a much needed transformation of the Grand Avenue mall brings a breath of fresh air, after COVID closing so many establishments, The Third street Market brings a very refreshing and welcoming environment to the central downtown area.

Some products are expensive while others are priced well. It depends on what you want to get. I went here to get a drink. I took a $1 Tropical Fantasy 23 oz juice which did not live up to my expectation of taste but quenced my thirst
