This is a wonderful Starbucks. The people who work here are really nice. And the compassion that they show for the homeless people that live in this neighborhood is wonderful. They really go above and beyond the call of duty here.

A young lady was in the restaurant and she wanted me to buy her a coffee but I didn't have anymore money, so she asked the Manager. The Manager Ray did not hesitate and provided her with a free cup of coffee.
I had to take the time out and acknowledge what Ray did. What he has demonstrated speaks volume. This is why I literally enjoy coming to Starbucks. They treat us like WE are somebody be cause WE ALL ARE SOMEBODY. Kudos to you Ray. I am asking upper management to please acknowledge Ray please. What he did was AMAZING!

Wow! No snotty baristas, no looking down their noses, just a friendly hello and a well made drink. You can't tell from the photo but that is a perfectly made short quad shot mocha, without stirring the chocolate. And every single employee was super nice.
