horrible customer service. i placed a carry out order because they dont deliver to my area. I was told the order would be ready in 15 minutes. I got there in 10 minutes and waited until 50 minutes for my order . I tried calling to let them know i was waiting and nobody answered the phone or came to the window. the lobby is closed do to covid so i was stuck sitting outside for almost an hour. there were other people waiting as well. I'll never order pizza hut again everrrr!!! This has to be the most arrogant place and they have no reason to be. Papa johns & Dominos from here on out . i almost forgot...i never got my order. i left after 50 minutes. i hope they fire the staff . never been this upset over service in my life

Inside NOT open...the drive thru line was not designed for the amount of cars that are there during peak hours...mainly because you can literally be in line ordering and when you get to the window it's still a wait...overall though if you order in enough time you can get in and out in about 10 to 15 minutes...the food is a little above average except the garlic bread sticks, I think they use the base bread for the cinnamon sticks also because you can taste it...would do again...

My pizza at the location was not cooked all the way through. The cheese was thrown on there but, when I went to bite into the pizza it wasn't cooked. I am guessing whoever they have cooking there pizza did not put it on a timer since it was half cooked.

When I stop eating pizza as much as I once did and realize that healthy options are the best for my older body. THIS is when I chose to do away with Pizza hut and their cheap pizza deals.
No y'all don't get me wrong I still eat pizza,
just not Pizza hut pizzas.

Customer service here is horrible. Never gets my orders correct. I wouldn't eat here if I didn't have too. I go to the other Pizza Hut, it only took one experience here for me to see that I don't want to continue my service here.

Ordered pizza with estimated delivery time of 25-35 minutes. Tried calling the store an hour and a half after the order was placed and nobody picked up the phone. Food came two hours later and was cold. Sauces packed were wrong. Not a good experience by any means

Absolutely garbage bad attitudes and customer service the so called speedy drive thru is extremely slow they gave us the wrong pizza pulled over in parking lot they won't answer the phone and who wants to wait another 34 minutes in line to tell them it's wrong and I did a online complaint heard nothing back Absolutely nothing and the pizza was trash could be because I didn't order what I got but it was cold too

Awful experience! Ordered ahead and had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru and the pizza's I ordered were over cooked and dry.
