On a recommendation we tried the Uber Tap and did not only enjoy the beers but also the food and even the cheeshop. It was a one stop shop kind of place! The server, Amanda, was extremely professional and attended to every food and beverage need my family (wife and 2 year old) could have constantly checking in to see if we were happy with our food and drink! As "Out of Towners", specifically Californians, we were extremely impressed with Amanda's Wisconsin hospitalilty. Jack, the manager, was also very attentive and helpful answering questions about history related to the taproom! Great experience!

Spending a long weekend gave us the op to do a little research on what was happening, where we wanted to eat and sites we wanted to see.
Ubër was on the top of the list after checking out the reviews and photos on Yelp...When in Wisconsin you most eat cheese and this is the place. The location is a combo of taproom and cheese retail which is huge! Staff were very informative and allows us to relax by ensuring us to take our time. They had many beers on tap and provide tasting and flight service. I took advantage of the 4 local flights and settled with a local brew from Lakefront which offers tour everyday and cranking with business.
They offer several cheese/meat samplers, grilled cheeses, sausage sandwiches, mac & cheese and other fare. We went with the Wisconsin sampler and it was to die for! 4 chucks of local cheeses, Blue Affinée - creamy double buttermilk blue cheese
Eight Year Cheddar - extremely sharp and intense, with a complex flavor and a crunchy texture
Gruyere Grand Cru Reserve -
rich, creamy with a nutty aroma
Merlot Bellavitano - the taste of parmesan, the texture of cheddar, and a rind soaked in merlot, served with wisconsin honeyblue.

Simply amazing a must try!
Not exactly what I was expecting … I figured it would be like a flea market with vendors hawking their wares. No matter. This place is great! There were all types and varieties of cheese and cheesy products. We bought what would fit in the cooler but probably could have enjoyed even more. Wisconsin is truly cheese heaven! The staff was pleasant and helpful. There were about 4 types of cheese squares for tasting. Great location to the restaurants by the water.
Very cool place to check out for cheese. Staff was super friendly and the selection was fantastic. Of course we had to buy some curds and can't wait to taste them. Very much appreciated the tasting samples as well. It certainly helps you get a feel of what you're buying. Worth a stop - recommend!

Love this place! We make sure to visit every time we’re in Milwaukee. The staff are always fantastic and helpful! They have four different cheeses our for free samples and they have a big selection of cheeses. They have a small yellow soft-sided cooler you can get and they will add an ice pack too!
From the traditional cheddar to the traditional cheese curds to the different Nitro Rye Stout this place has at least 1 cheese for you. Have a few selections of meats, crackers and spreads as well. Prices reasonable for the quality. Courteous staff as well as very clean & kept store as well.

Fairly wide selection of cheeses. They even have a chart on how long the cheese will last at room temperature. The area is incredible as it is just down from the river walk and Fiserv Forum with plenty of restaurants nearby. The decor and cheese heads sold in store, let you know you're in Wisconsin.
Who wouldn’t love a store dedicated entirely to cheese? Very well maintained, clean, Kind employees, and the free samples are delicious. They have all kinds of cheeses and you will no doubt be able to find one that you enjoy. Check it out if you’re in downtown Milwaukee, especially if you just saw a Bucks game!
The absolute best cheese store on the earth, with the most scrumptious aged sharp cheddar ever!!! This is my order that got delivered yesterday and it will be enjoyed for weeks and months to come!! Thanks Wisconsin Cheese Mart!!
It's a great place in the cheese capital. Lots of unique, flavorful and interesting cheese.
Surrounded by cheese, spread and lots of other souvenir items.
They do have lots of cheese tasting samples with tooth pick. I loved the flavors and so many different varieties of cheese.
Absolutely loved there fresh cheese curds, tequila hot cheese - it's really hot!
Only downside - nobody was on to check in, needs a push on the customer service. Very busy folks.
