Got the black garlic pork ramen and it was pretty good taste and portion-wise. This plaza can get pretty busy during peak times so parking can be hard sometimes. My party got seated very quickly and we had at least 8 people. Service here is great and there's an option of sitting outdoors with heat lamps.
Very busy during lunch time. The waitress was working so hard to serve us.
You can choose thin or thick noodles. You can also choose the original soup or add spices to the soup (additional money). This is really good. As always, I chose the thin noodles.
The egg was excellent and tasted exactly what I wanted.
They have outside dining and inside dining at this moment (March of 2022)
Super strong garlic scent, and it actually has two-three pieces of black garlic, the texture is soft and delicious! But the broth is a bit too light for me. Other than that it’s above average!
The black garlic ramen was pretty solid 🍜 The egg was a bit overcooked to my liking but other than that, really great flavor overall. Unfortunately service was really slow, there was only one server the night we dined. Indoor seating is pretty limited as well, although they have outdoor seating (but I would recommend waiting for indoor seats in case you get caught with the Milpitas odor haha).
Ramen was pretty awesome and filling, I also tried the mini chasu don, it was really flavorful. Would definitely recommend!
Delicious ramen. I got the tonkatsu ramen with regular noodles. Was so delicious. Keep in mind this place is on the smaller side so be ready to possibly wait for a seat. We were right before the rush so we got seated right away.
Small place but has outdoor dining to allow for more diners, a plus. The ramen is good but I have had ramen in Japan and this is 1 star off of that. I know that one can't exactly duplicate the taste of Japan given different water, different meat and veggies grown and raised on different soil in a different way. If I was never ruined by eating in Japan, this would have been 5 stars. I would go back again, it was good. In Japan, they put they heart and soul in anything they do, that will be hard to duplicate here.
