Roti buns here are a solid choice, but it looks like they're trying to also make it a Viet sandwich shop. Interiors are fairly clean, minus under the seats, service is quick, but I swear, the last 3 times I've come during midday, there wasn't a single person here outside of the older lady manager or owner sitting on the side chatting with a friend. The product is fine, the facility has no immediate issues, and service isn't bad, but for some reason, this place is desolate. Anyone in Milpitas who has a thing for roti buns should enjoy this place while they can.

First time I learned about this place was when I had a rendezvous with an Ingress player. They serve roti bun, which is a warm bun with coffee flavors. They also have some other varieties like yoghurt filling and chocolate butter. This is perfect when you're feeling like snacking. Make sure you ask for the warm ones, they're just heavenly. They also serve some iced desserts, regular snacks, and boba drinks. Around the store you can find card or board games that you can play with your friends while enjoying your food/drinks. An awesome way to hang out with your friends during weekend.
