Horrible service . Service was on 7-2-22 . Order on the screen. They forgot two items . During wait I asked for the restroom code they gave me a wrong one twice until my husband asked them, once I got it I went and it was dirty. No toilet paper, no towels to dry hands , and no soap .... then i got my order and they left my drink spilling , no napkins on my order . Order incomplete , but it was a mess .and ladies pretty rude.

I ordered online, but went to the location to pickup my order. The employees were really nice and didn't even mind that I went through the drive-thru on my scooter. The experience would have been 5-stara, but the online system said that I ordered 2 tacos when I ordered the party pack. The ordering system listed it this way as it was the equivalent of 2 orders of 6 tacos, but listed it as if it were only 2 items. So just be aware of that if you order online and go to pick it up. They accommodated but wanted to see the online receipt, even though they began filling the order before I showed them. Thank you ladies for your service, I really appreciated the experience and you deserve 5-stars for sure! ❤️

The Lobby Was A Mess And Took Too Long To Get To The Register So We Decided To Go Through The Drive Thru, Seems Like They Were In A Rush And Not Paying Attention To What Was Being Made... My Drink Had Some Type Of I Don't Know What On The Rim So I Gave It Back... My Burrito And Crunch Wrap We're Both Sloppily Put Together And Fell Apart After 3 Bites, But The Burrito Fell Apart In The Before I Unwrapped It... Never Again, I Promise...

A customer was standing in front of the register waiting for more than 5 minutes. The team members completely ignored the customer until she spoke up frustration. I was fine, I ordered online but my food was soggy.

Mini quesadilla (size:corn tortilla ) ,and potatoe soft taco 1st time trying it I can say I'll get that again! I only got that because it was No Meat friday😔 lol. But those options were great.
