Mcdonald's

Ordered food for 4 people, including a med fry and a lg fry. See pictures: they look pretty much the same size (and no, they didn't come loose in the bag). Sandwich wasn't well wrapped, again, see pic). They put all the food, including a Happy Meal box, in one bag; even after the Happy Heal was taken out it couldn't be closed to keep the food warm on my trip back to the house. I worked at this same McDonald's and know the standards for bagging food, and this wasn't even close.

As with most McDonalds, there’s never a guarantee that the kitchen equipment is working properly. Every time I visit this McD’s something is always broken. This time, it was the soda machine (and possibly the kid at the drive thru). I asked for a 10 piece nugget meal, and he tells me that the soda machine is broken. I ask him, “Hey, what’s cheaper? Getting the meal or just buying the nuggets and fries separately? I don’t want to be charged full price for a meal if it’s not coming with a drink.” Instead he lists all possible other drink options, and in my head I’m like ‘kid, on what planet can you pick a milkshake or a frappe to go with your #5??’ I don’t say that though and say “I just want the nuggets and fries,” he’s like “Cool. Continue to the drive up.” (Didn’t ask if I wanted sauce either) Charged me for the nuggets and fries separately, and to answer the question I initially asked I looked it up, and yes it would have been cheaper to just get a meal. So basically I got overcharged and didn’t even have a drink to go with it. EDIT: Just to be clear, I DON’T blame the kid at the drive through for bad service. If I had to work in food service for minimum wage and no useful benefits, I wouldn’t care either. 1000% putting the blame on corporate for this, better wages=better service. If I had to deal with entitled Karens all day, I’d be toking like a chimney too just to cope!

I have to stop going through the drive through. My orders always seem to have something wrong. But I never learn my lesson and don't realize until I get home. The problem is that it's usually something to do with my food allergies!!! So I can't just grin and bare it and eat it or I'll end up in the hospital! And by the time I get home, climb THREE flights of stairs... AND THEN REALIZE there is a problem... I'm not about to go back out to get it corrected!!! VERY FRUSTRATING!!!
