My husband and I had dinner at the restaurant a few months ago and it was great. We decided to do Easter Brunch, what a mistake. Our waitress was non existent. We were half way through our meal before she even came to our table to take our drink order. She did not clear any of the dishes from our table, refilled our water glasses. My husband found the water pitcher and filled our glasses. She did not bring any dessert or coffee to the table or even ask if wanted any. I asked another waitress who brought dessert and coffee to us... It took forever to get our check and when it arrived there was a 20% tip included. Seriously. I spoke to the General Manager and she said the it was a busy day which I could see by the other waitresses were busy, but our waitress was not anywhere to been seen on the floor. My husband and I will not be going back for dinner or any function.

I would leave no stars if possible. I was very excited to find a place like this for Easter brunch for my family, but it wasn't worth the money. You expect it to be busy, but don't expect the staff to be rude. Trying to get in and out of your seats and kept hitting the people behind you it was way to cramped. We had to wait an extra 45 minutes past our reservation time because the party at our table were still eating. We saw our server 3 times and she was rude and acted as though she was doing us some kind of favor by waiting on us. I made the reservation about a month in advance confirmed it a few days prior, and was never told that a 20% gratuity was built into the check, nor did I see it on the website in regards to the brunch. Why would I pay an 80.00 tip at a buffet where I serve myself, and had a waitress that I only saw 3 times who had a complete attitude. A 30 dollar tip at the most and that's being generous. You shouldn't build in gratuity unless it's a wedding, or some other type of a big party, or gathering not a brunch you should be able to tip your server at your discretion. It also made it harder because we were splitting the check between different people at the table. The ladies room ceiling is exposed and the doors don't lock so someone can just pull the door open while your on the toilet if they think the stall is empty. It was our 1st time here, and i was thinking about coming back on mother's day if it was good, but definitely not never again.I was very, very disappointed in this place. The 20% gratuity really took the cake especially if your at a buffet and basically serving yourself. 80 dollar tip to get served water and orange juice with an attitude. Idk how you have managed to stay in business this long.

Easter brunch was very nice. Perhaps the tables were a little tight. Upon entering a large cheese and cracker display was steering at you. I was very disappointed in how it looked. Stalks of celery were wilted and very unattractive and old looking along with mini carrots . The cheese looked dried out and uninviting I walk right by. The brunch itself was large and well stocked with a variety of food for both breakfast and lunch. The quality of the food I thought was very good. Our party of six all enjoyed both types of food. Very delicious shrimp was available at the service bar. I discovered them by accident, perhaps attention to this placement should be discussed. The desserts were brought to the table like a sampler, we enjoyed them. Our waitress seemed overwhelmed at times forgetting to bring a ginger ale, water and an ordered Xpresso that was never delivered. I though the price per person was high but given the inflation rate of almost 10% somewhat understandable, this is the current Washington administration's fault. Shameful. Would I go back again, not sure. Was I satisfied that day, 7 out of 10.

I do not recommend using Primavera or the vendors they outsource to for catering and tent rentals. I ordered the Caveman BBQ package for my daughter's graduation party - the food was awful. Most of it was inedible and I didn't serve it. The mac and cheese was burned and dried out, the corn on the cob was grey and water-logged, the "quarter chicken" was chicken pieces and parts - dry and overcooked. It has been days and they still have not come by to remove the tent. The wooden tops of the banquet tables were peeling and shredded. Fine if you are covering them but for the amount they charge, it is a crime. The communication between the restaurant and event planner is awful. I got a one line email sent from her phone telling me when the tent would be set up. The food arrived 1.5 hours early. I was told it would arrive be set up 30 minutes before the event. The food sat in my kitchen to get cold and dry out. Terrible all around.

I hardly ever leave reviews but in this case it is warranted. My mother suggested we go to Primavera this past Sunday for Easter brunch. It was very busy and also my first time here but I was so impressed with the staff. Apologized for any inconvenience, which wasn’t necessary as everything was understandable given the circumstances. Food was very good as well! Will definitely be back! Keep up the great work!!

Super bad food and service. Waited over an 1.5 hours for 4 entrees. The waitress brought only one of the 4 entrees and the other 3 dishes came approximately 15 minutes later. When we mentioned that the first entree was now cold she responded with “you should have started eating it when it came to the table.” The side dishes of mushroom risotto had a sour flavor and was not edible. The waitress did not offer a replacement. The manager was there but never came to the table. The hostess gave us drinks and desserts on the house which was a nice gesture.Overall we would not go back. Many others local restaurants in the area with way better food and service.
