I would love for the owner to message me about how pathetic this is. This is my second time at this location and this is absolutely my worst experience at a taco bell I've ever had. Called to complain and get a refund as I live 20 min away and they're making me return tomorrow. Andrea said she was a manager but wasn't very professional or polite. They didn't have what we orderd through the app and made us take a Baja blast freeze instead of coffee and couldn't change the order there?! After I return for a refund I will not be back.

If it were possible i'd give a half a star due because they not only intentionally messed up my order. I asked for 3 breakfast burritos with hashbrowns inside not sure what they were called since there was not name or picture on the menu board when i got it i opened them cause they felt light barely if any egg 2 crumbs of sausage and no potatoes or hasbrowns. After i confronted the casher at the drive thru and her attitude was not professional when i got the bag with my orders back. This what i received

Placed my order through the app since their system is always down or they don't have change. When I got there they told me that their freeze machine wasn't working and that they could not refund me the cost of the freeze I ordered! Not surprising! But hey when did they stop with placing 2 orders at the speaker?? I about lost it when she told me to drive back around for my second order! Which was my app order! Did that raise make people act like they have no idea how to treat people or that they run something? Hun it's fast food you work for your customers! If it wasn't for them you wouldn't have a job!

Surprise surprise 3rd time ordering from Taco bell Millington and my order being wrong. I keep giving this location another shot in hopes it will be better and time and time again they prove I should have gone somewhere else. This place also has the RUDEST people working there!! It doesn't matter how many how nice you are they they are quick to snap at you, cut you off, and slam the window in your face. Worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. They need to retrain or fire the entire staff and start again!

This place doesn't even deserve 1 star! 1 the workers are very disrespectful 2 every time I order there I don't get everything I ordered then they are rude and don't give me what I paid for I'm sure I've love out on over $50 dollars just in 2 months I only go there because my son likes to eat there I've tried to find BBB online but guess millington doesn't have one. That want to get paid so much but yet can't get someones order right there loud disrespectful and trashy. I had a worker threaten my life all cause they was rude to me and I said something. CLOSE THIS PLACE DOWN. I've lost our on to much money I'll never go back again

I've given this taco bell way to many chances. If you are reading this... do not go here. You will regret it. From the service to the food quality. Either try the Mexican restaurant next door or go down the street to Atoka and get better service and way better food. This taco bell is not open on the inside. Contrary to what the sign on the door says along with what it says online. We drove out of our way to go inside and sit down. I looked online 1st and made sure it was open inside. This taco bell was turning around. But now I don't know. If you can't open inside due to lack of employees, then post online that it is closed and take the decals off the door.

Sat at drive through for 10 minutes at 4pm and no one answered. There were only 2 cars in line in front of me. Luckily no one pulled in behind me so I backed out of drive thru (has a curb stopping from going around line). There is no excuse for that other than poor management and no work ethic from workers. Someone could have simply said "I'll be with you in a minute" or "sorry sir we are short staffed and can't take orders right now" anything but just ignoring me. Millington TN taco bell sucks!!!
