Seriously just got done with our take out order and I already sent a statement to corporate but apparently the guy who took our order (Johnathan) it was his first day but we wouldn't have known at the speaker asking a few questions and he was apologetic for literally no reason at the window and was just all around smiling and amazing and said it was his first day! Seriously I hope my corporate comment helps but he deserves recognition and I hope he stays around because he is an asset for sure!! That is management material! It takes one to know one! Happy customers for sure. Thank you Jonathan!

I arrived in the drive thru line at 5:25pm, made it to the speaker by 5:28pm. When I got to the speaker, I was put on hold. After all of the cars in front of me had recieved their orders & already gone, I was still waiting at the speaker. At 5:44pm.....while STILL waiting, I said "hello" & they replied "I'm sorry, please hold". I replied I had already been on hold for 10+ minutes, do you know how much longer it will be? The order taker said about 5-10 more minutes, we're doing changeover. By this time, it's 5:50pm, still haven't gotten to place my order, and just pulled off. This is absolutely ridiculous. I understand a longer than normal wait time because I am a manager in fast food too, but this was horrible!!!

When I got to the speaker to order, I was told they were only waiting on 2 cars at a time and it would be a 15 minute wait. Ended up at Wendy's in Covington. My guess would be that you can't find any help. I was very disappointed that the dining room was locked and had drive thru only, but I really fail to understand the concept of only serving "2 cars at a time".
