Lovely local place, food amazing, service impeccable, sat outside under heat lamp cozily observing cyclists, tourists, locals. Chitarra homemade pasta crab, grilled cheese sammy with egg, fall chicories salad, bourbon and gin cocktails., Highly recommend.

I've been here twice now and really enjoy it. The location and service is great. A fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The Chicken Noodle soup and broth are amazing, especially on a rainy day🌧️. Both the burger and Fried Chicken burger are great. Get a side of home cut fries. And wash it down with a smokey Wild Omar!

While on vacation for our elopement we dropped by for drinks and couldn’t possibly have better things to say about this place! Everyone was so friendly and kind. Had delicious drinks outside on a pretty November day and it was perfect ◡̈

When my friend sent the pin for this place, it showed up as a Lumber yard… but thoroughly enjoyed their outdoor space on this beautiful day. We ordered at the counter (there is full table service available also) and decided to sit out side in open seating. They have a good beer and cocktail selection (did not try the wines). Tried their padron peppers. Enjoyed with the ‘Wild Omar’ cocktail. 9-2-2023 - Pre dinner drinks

This place is pretty popular with the locals and you may feel like you’re intruding on a private gathering, but the food is amazing and the service was great! My wife had the only burger on the menu and said it was the best she had ever had. I had one of the pizzas and it was amazing, it had these little mushrooms I’ve never seen on a pizza and they were delicious. We were sitting in the sun, and they don’t cool the place, so it was a little warm, but we really enjoyed the experience overall. Oh, our server was awesome!

While en route to Muir Woods National Monument, we made a stop at this restaurant for lunch. Arriving right as they opened, we had no trouble finding ample seating. The staff members were exceptionally friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our meal. Each person in our group ordered a different entrée, and everyone was delighted with their choice. Personally, I opted for the steak salad, which turned out to be incredibly flavorful. The ribs, on the other hand, were a highlight, as they were incredibly tender and practically fell off the bone. I recommend arriving early or making reservations, especially on weekends, as this place tends to get busy.

The Watershed Restaurant in the Lumbar Yard stretch of Miller Avenue in Mill Valley was a real find. A local friend took me here for lunch this week. We shared a Mad River pizza. The crust was perfection. The toppings an amazing mixture of sweetness from caramelized onions and umami from the mushrooms and sausage. I will return to this restaurant!

We were visiting from out of town, although one of our daughters had been to Watershed previously. The outdoor seating was comfortable, and watching the little kids play bean bag toss was very entertaining. Love that it’s dog friendly (at least outside). Good selection of beer and wine. The prices were very high. Especially for the meager wine pour, and the fact that one had to go up to the woman at the front door and order and pay each time we wanted a round. We only had french fries, and they were just fine. They needed salt, which we didn’t have at our table, but the person who delivered the food never stopped back, and we were too lazy to go get some in the restaurant. ;-) The horseradish mustard was a hit. The house made ketchup was not. (Again, too lazy to go ask for some Heinz). Looking forward to trying one of the other establishments in town on our next visit. EDIT: Wish I had known they had a 6 for $20 deal on Oysters. That might just entice us to come back.

I adore this establishment. I've visited on two consecutive weekends and cannot get enough of the 6 oysters for $20 deal, which is absolutely fantastic. I've indulged in both the cheeseburger and SHAKSHUKA, and they were both superb. The tomato sauce on the SHAKSHUKA is exceptionally rich and the portion size is perfect. The cheeseburger is also mouthwatering, and I appreciate how fresh and healthy all the food tastes. The seating area is plentiful, and it doesn't take long to locate a desirable spot. The ambiance and views are genuinely charming. The scent of the pine trees permeates the air, and the sound of birds chirping in the distance adds to the serene atmosphere. Observing the cyclists and tourists is an enjoyable pastime. On my latest visit, I was pleasantly surprised by live folk music. In conclusion, The Watershed is an absolute gem.
