We ate there with kids, everyone was very nice and accommodating. The kids loved the white cheddar Mac and cheese and still finished it even when dessert was in front of them.

This was the best experience we had visiting Chili's! Our food was really good and brought out hot, the atmosphere was nice, and everyone was very attentive. Our kids loved their food too! Our waiter was hands down the best we have had!

Online pricing doesn’t match what you are being charged, for one of the side items online pricing is 2.00, when you check out you are charged 5.99.
When I showed this to the person handing me the online order, the response was I’m new here.
And the online survey they ask for specific details about your experience, nothing has changed with this restaurant.
4 surveys later, and still the same issues.
One would think this information is passed directly to the local restaurant.

My wife and I wanted to get drinks and something to eat , so I suggested Chili's. It was a short wait about 15 minutes or so. We ordered our drinks a Midori sour blended for her and I got a texas type alcoholic lemonade for me. I ordered a triple dipper appetizer with big bites southwestern egg rolls and habanero mango chicken wings , while she ordered a smokehouse combo with dry rub ribs and brisket. Food and drinks were good. We never ended getting any chips and salsa, I was also disappointed to learn no potato skins for my triple dipper. I was also informed that the southwestern egg rolls were out ( I doubled up on the big bites). It was still a good experience.

This place has good food an great service. It was also very clean. Their alcohol prices are through the roof. $7 for 1 draft beer and $11 for 1 glass of wine No thx. Also drinks cost extra for the kids meals.

It was rather busy when we arrived around 7:30 on a Sunday evening. We waited about 10 minutes for our table for 2.
Ordered the mango-chile chicken entrée off of the guiltless grill menu and hubby had the baked potato soup and spicy shrimp tacos entrée.
The food took longer than expected to arrive. Service was good and the food was well prepared.
All in all a good evening except for the wait for our meals.

Excellent! Haven't been here in 3 yrs.! New menu! My daughter had the $15 special..mini salad, a drink, chicken pasta . Very large portion..had to take 1/2.. .the paradise pie was to die for!!
