Tim Hortons

I asked for hash browns they even asked me back if I wanted them they charged me for them yet no hash browns and no time to go back for them. Guess they like low ratings nothing worse when your looking forward to something only to find out it's not in the bag. SMH shouldn't be that hard to read the screen and put it in the bag.

I am not one to complain a lot. Today is a different story. Both food and coffee was a disappointment. Staff was friendly, but the quality of the food is not up to Tim Hortons standards. Looking at the reviews posted recently, I am not the only one who has an issue with this location. If you work at this location and are reading my comment, please share my review with your management. This problem need to be fixed quickly. This location is bringing down the Tim Hortons brand.

Never open on time. I’ve been coming here for 11 years and never had a problem until the older gentlemen left. If by chance they are open on time, good luck getting anything other than coffee. Don’t even have donuts or bagels ready. It can’t be difficult if an older guy was doing it by himself for years.

To begin, the kid at the register didn't give me my correct change back. When he asked if I wanted the penny and I said yes, he looked around and picked one up off the floor. When I told him there wasn't a chance that I was going to take that penny that he just picked off the floor he said he couldn't open the register again. So I told him to keep his penny. And then asked if he was going to change the gloves that he had on that he just picked up the penny with. He thought I was kidding apparently because he did not initially take off the gloves. When I insisted that he changed his gloves before he touches my food he finally did. I called the store immediately to speak to a manager and the manager would not come to the phone. When they put someone on the phone, they said they were the manager but he refused to give me his name. When I began to insist to know who I was speaking to he hung up on me. I immediately called corporate and I am waiting for a call back. Absolutely disgusting!
