Harold's Chicken

I have never had a Harold’s Chicken as good & fresh as this one!!! I went three days in a row and sent my sisters before they went back to Indianapolis!! I had the wing and perch combo and the fish was better than the chicken!!!!! Imagine that!!!! It’s was alll sooo good!!! I will only go this this location!! The workers need to be kept on a retainer!!!!!! They need raises so they don’t leave!!!!! Seriously!!!!!

I ordered some chicken waited like an hour just to find out that she didn't tell the guy my order. I was sitting there watching other ppl walk out with food she didn't even notice that I didn't have my food or didn't notice to check where my order was. I asked her for my refund and she told me that she couldn't give me one that the manager would have to do it and he wasn't there so I had to come back another day because she messed up.

I’ve been here several times .....each time the food is good and fresh!! This review is based on my last few experiences.....my second to last experience occurred one Saturday. This particular evening (like most weekends) was busy , after arriving home I noticed that the clerk(or cook ) messed up my order(6wings) (gave me mild instead of HOTTT). I called the store and asked to speak to the manager, she came to the phone and was very pleasant, she apologized several times and told me to come back and mention the conversation so I can get my chicken replaced . I went the next Monday and they replaced it with no issues! Fast forward to today.......... After a long busy day , my wife picked up some bird(6 wings hot sauce ) .....it was GOOD !! Definitely a 👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿👍🏿 Harold’s !!! Side note the coleslaw is always fresh and they ask you if you want it before they give it to you (hate it when some other locations put it in with your chicken)

What happen to my favorite Harold's Chicken Shack, Now this Harold's is using another Batter, this is Not Harold's Chicken Batter, I am so tired of having to find an original Harold's Chicken Shack. Why, when we come to Harold's we want Harold's Not Yours. Now I am going to have to go all the way to Homewood to get the real Harold's.
