Honestly give it 2 stars the inside lobby /dining area could use good cleaning, fresh paint and new furniture. Folks feel the need to grab & go! Our smoothies was delicious.

The smoothies here are never bad and they are relatively fast at making the food, but every time I go they get my food order wrong, or I don't get enough food. I got a bowl that was not even half way full with barely any pineapples, rice, lettuce, or beans. I'm just disappointed and won't be going back.

Absolute worst tropical smoothie i have ever been to. 3 people in line I was the 2nd I stood there for 30 minutes waiting on my 1 smoothie I ordered. The 3rd person in line got hers before me or the lady in front of me. I will never come back to this location again

The staff was fine, albeit new. The manager however was horrible. She was publicly yelling at and berating her staff while customers were in. And could be heard loudly complaining about how bad her staff is and how she had other things to do then be there. I felt horrible for the staff. Shaming her new and learning staff in front of a whole room of people is inexcusable.

This place is barely in business, the service is horrible, slow and honestly I’m not sure how clean it is , just moving here from another state and I’m disappointed because tropical smoothie is one of my favorite places to eat 😷
