Used to be the best stop around till the soy boys started working mornings... The girls were great. Great service and smiles. Now the line takes twice as long and my simple order isn't always right.

I always stop there in the early morning hours. I will never stop there anymore. The male employee is always on the phone, not paying attention to what he is doing. I sit at the drive thru window much to long, without a response. I drive off. Last week he was talking on the phone, while serving me, he charged my card three times and refused to honor me two free coffee, I will never go there again. It were times, when the coffee wasn't even hot.

Don’t come here worse customer service ever. You don’t yell at your customers when they did nothing to you. All we were trying to do was place an order and we didn’t even get a chance at that. Whoever you have working definitely needs a vacation or something with that attitude. We went around 9:10PM

Let me keep this short here. My more detailed review is on the Nextdoor app. In summary, I came back to this Dunkin' after a neighboring restaurant ignored a legally Blind man with a guide stick, the manager at this Dunkin' was not interested in allowing me to order some food and enjoying it fresh. He, like the others, would rather serve DRIVERS WITH CARS ONLY than care for ALL customers!
Shameful.
I don't know who will join me, but I am BOYCOTTING that particular location until a formal apology is received and EQUAL service is returned to ALL customers.
If Dunkin' management sees this, please reach out to the manager of this facility.
Thank you in advance for your services and I look forward to returning once the problem has been resolved.

MIA & PANNA Had Very Bad Attitudes & Didn’t Have Mask On !! I Don’t Appreciate Their Customer Service. It Was Very Belligerent!!! This Has Thrown Off The Course Of My Day. I Am Very Upset With How I Was Treated! I Order 2 Coffees & A Order Of Hash Browns. They Had The Nerve To Give Me Burnt Has Browns When I Asked For FRESH!! Both Of My Coffees Were Made Incorrect!! I Took The Time Out My Day To Come Get Some Coffee & The Results Were Terrible!! I Don’t Appreciate How Your Employees Talk To People. They Need To Learn Better Customer Service. I Will Not Be Coming Back To This Location!!! I Waited 10 Mins In This Long Line To Even Get An Order!! When Taking An Order Their Is No To Have An Attitude . They charged $1.10 more for a "free" drink because I asked for no ice. AND when I called Dunkin, the store was supposed to contact me and never did.

I used to love coming to this location until they got new employees. They always mess up on my order it’s been 3xs and they never apologize. Staff is rude and have no good customer service. The way they make my coffee doesn’t taste like it used to either. I keep giving this location a try thinking it would get better but I will not return.

Workers give impression that you inconvenience them by going to this location. Got a sigh when I ordered thru the dtivethru and had to repeat my order again at the window after waiting several minutes for someone to appear. I was also told that the 2 for 6 crossaints are only bacon even though other locations I regularly frequent are any of the 3. Bacon, ham or sausage. Also ordered munchkins which were much more expensive than other locations. I dont recommend visiting this location for attitude problems and prices. I won't be back.
