Subway

This location is inside of Walmart, so it’s convenient and constantly busy. On this particular day it was a very long line, and the gentlemen pictured working was doing everything by his self while the young lady was in the back on the phone clearly we customers could see her cause the door was open. Not professional or worried about getting the line down at all - it’s another location right down the street go there instead, they have better service and it’s never a line.

Go in to buy 2 subs, sign on the door says "Out of bread" I ask the guy if he is out of ALL bread and he says he has some. There is bread in the rack behind him, so I told him I needed 2 subs.. he says I'll have to wait 20 minutes for the bread in the back to cool. I asked him why couldn't use the bread behind him and replace it with the bread in the back once it cools and he said he had to keep that bread for online orders only and that they watch him like a hawk and he couldn't. So the supply chain excuse was BS, I went right over to the next subway and no issues. Horrible customer service.

Went to pick up a DD order from this location. Was told another DD driver had picked up the order. They received a call from DD instructing them to re-make the order. Waited for 10 more minutes and the two employees didn’t do anything. I questioned why they didn’t re-make the order and they said they were waiting for it to come through. I said “Never mind I’m leaving. You guys are pathetic.” Two teenage boys or early 20’s young men (if you want to call them that) that don’t seem to want to work. Parents just aren’t raising their kids right anymore. What a shame.

I ordered online and all 4 sandwiches are wrong and tasted terrible. When driving up to the location at 6:30 pm I notice all the lights off, open sign off, chairs turned upside down on tables. Online it showed opened until 9:00 pm and gave me the option to order and pay online. I wish now I wouldn’t have spent $45 on these sandwiches. Will not go back to this location ever again
