I ordered a beef taco salad. Tell me why I opened the box and saw that the meat was placed on the outside of the taco shell, instead of it being inside the shell with the lettuce and tomatoes. I even stated for the jalapenos and sauce to be put on the side. Not the meat. Smh. The meat grease soaked through the box, to were it was beginning to form a hole in the side of the box. The shell itself was falling apart and while looking for the sour cream that I thought was suppose to be on top was in a package laying under the meat. No sauce in the bag, guess where it was at? the two sauce packages was laying under the taco shell. I was looking around in the bag, thinking they forgot it. Who wants to eat their taco salad and when they reach the bottom and find packages of sauce laying there. Smh. My first order was not good, jalapenos look like somebody thrown them on there. I gave it another try in ordering the same thing today. Well today it was totally worse. I scooped up the meat from the side of the box and had to put it on my myself.

Fast service walking in due to very long drive thru line. The three blizzards were made quite fast to my surprise. The one larger blizzard was just ice cream in the bottom half. Very clean inside.

The drive thru took forever. I ordered a #2 combo w/ mustard n ketchup, no lettuce or tomatoes. The burger was dry with no veggies period and the meat was over cooked and dry.

Received a very disappointing blizzard. Bought a small and paid for an extra serving of candy in it, and it was light on both candies. The small cup is practically tiny and only about 4 in tall and there was only candy in the top two inches. The cup is so small how are you going to miss mixing and candy in half of it.

I stopped in for some ice cream sandwiches. DQ ice cream sandwiches are my favorite. I’ve also been buying DQ ice cream sandwiches for a long time. I also know that you can’t stack six ice cream sandwiches, if they are made correctly, one on top of the other in the DQ box that holds six. You have to place three, standing up like a tire, side by side, and then three more, the same way, to get six in the box. Otherwise, if you stack them one on top of the other, you have to make the ice cream thinner, to get them to fit. I was given eight ice cream sandwiches, stacked one on top of the other, in the box that holds six. Please teach your employees how to make an ice cream sandwich, the way that DQ has made them for years. If a box says it holds six, common sense would say that something is wrong if it holds eight. When I mentioned that a box of six doesn’t hold eight, I was told, with a smile, that there was actually eight in there. The employees were nice, and, I think, we’re trying to do a good job. So, being that I was in a hurry, I just took them. Plus, if they haven’t been taught how to make, size wise, a DQ ice cream sandwich, then they think eight will fit in a box that holds six. So, I’m not mad, I would just like you to, please, teach (train) the employees how to make a normal sized ice cream sandwich. I generally order several and put them in the freezer at home. I generally order more than six so they won’t try to put them in the box and make them fit by making the ice cream thinner. Your help would be appreciated. Thanks 🙂

ORTEGA OUTINGS

They were out of the cheesy steak fingers that was dissapointing. But the regular fingers were made perfect. Not overcooked, the gravy was thick & delicious. 2 things tho....I ordered tacos & the shells were stale, not a good experience, also no matter what, the customer is never to be argued with. I witnessed the order cook arguing w/a customer. The customer claimed her burger was cold, the cook did not apologize & offer to remake, instead proceeded to argue with the customer. Loudly where the entire lobby could hear. Not very professional. Obviously do not know the employees name, but she was a mature looking person maybe early 50's, & this is Saturday Oct 23rd.
