Never looks like the commercial, but should at least look better than this. My chicken sandwich is literally drowning in mayonaise. Guy thought it was funny I had to ask for a knife, maybe he knew I would need it to scrape off the mayo. Good note, they at least got my sons picky whoppers correct.

F for their online ordering. My order never showed up at the store, even though I had a confirmation on my phone. They did finally, after another half hour, grudgingly give me my order. Emailed corporate, and they did refund the amount. So, A+ for customer followup. But, they were unable to tell me why the transaction did not get to the store.

Great service! I did have an issue. I ordered a family meal and they forgot my cheeseburgers. I made it home when I realize I did not have them. I was able to go back and they provided me with fresh cheeseburgers.

Slow service. Whopper was just warm vs fresh. Have to pay extra for cheese eventhough the Whopper is $4.30!

Slow as usual. Coupons are good to have. Place is clean. I won't get the chicken nuggets here anymore. They always taste like grease and are burnt.
