Starbucks

If you are looking for coffee on the go, there isn't a more perfect place for you. Personally, I envision coffee shops being less hectic- a safe haven from the distractions of an already busy life. It doesn't seem to be an establishment which fits my personal taste. I find the empty "15 minute" parking spots indicative of a corporation which values metrics above customers. Customers shouldn't need to feel the pressure of having their car towed while they enjoy their coffee- especially when the establishment already has a drive thru.

There is no sitting inside so on a rainy day that is very unfortunate. My drink, praline latte, was good but it was lukewarm when I received it. They didn't call out what it was and it had been there a while by the time I got someone to find it. Other restaurants have some indoor dining. Why not Starbucks?

Josh and Susan are at that window every morning asking me what I have planned for the day. The drinks are always made right and fast. They are super friendly and work their butts off. I love how they had first responder coffee that they were asking the public to sign a quick note for. I’d love to meet with the manager to discuss getting corporate to recognize a local non-profit for a day somehow! They seem like the perfect partner!
