Location is clean in appearance. Food was hot & tasty. Although my spicy chicken sandwich was good it was plain but not spicy as I ordered.
The staff was pleasant, so I was pleased with my visit here.

2nd time my order has been wrong! 1st time I ordered a 4 for $4 with Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. I did not receive a Jr Bacon Cheeseburger. Instead I received a regular cheeseburger. 2nd time I ordered a 4 for $4, I did not receive the chicken nuggets! I should have learned my lesson the first time and checked my order before driving away. If I go back to this location, will definitely be sitting at the window and checking to make sure everything is there and correct!

Its Wendy's. I mean, its hard to love but its always solid. Not sure how to rate a fast food place. The bacon and jalapeño peppers were well placed on the burger? I don't know. The kids enjoyed their Frostys. Shocker.

First, only drive thru is open so I go through drive thru with coworkers, we are the only car at the time and yet we can only do 1 order at a time so I had to go through drive thru twice. Then, I got parked on the first order and so did the truck behind us, keep in mind that us and the truck were the only ones in drive thru. Then, the fries were stale. There is no reason when a fast food restaurant is slow that 1 we were parked and 2 the food was stale. Will not go back.

Drive thru was wrapped but line moved pretty quickly. Ordered online. Everything was prepared well. Nice job.

I placed a mobile order thru the Wendy’s app. I paid thru the app. When I arrived to pick it up I was told they did not have chocolate frostys. They offered vanilla which we did not want. First if I order and pay for something on the app I expect to get it. Particularly 3 hours before the store closes. Instead I was told that it was my problem to figure out how to get a refund. The rest of the meal we took home...a 5 minute drive. The fries turned out to be almost ice cold and very salty. Like they had been sitting in the bottom of the holding tray. We threw them in the trash. The sandwiches were room temperature. My wife did not finish hers. We had both ordered the spicy chicken with a chocolate frostys because we like the shake and spicy combo. For $25 we had a very lite meal.
I spent 20 minutes on hold the next day for their customer service and had to hang up. There were still 14 people ahead of me. I sent an email 2 days later to customer service. After 3 days and no response I sent a text. That’s a ridiculous amount of my time to spend on a fast food meal. Absolutely terrible customer service from the moment I picked up the meal til now. Waiting on reply from text.
I’m deleting my Wendy’s mobile app and we will not be using any Wendy’s again.
