Chipotle Mexican Grill

Me, along with about 15 other people ordered online only to show up and find a Closed sign on the door. Mind you, we all had already paid for our food, and they wouldn’t answer the phone or even come to the door and talk to us. I understand that there’s a lot going on in our country right now, but at least let us know what’s going on. Awesome customer service Chipotle!

This place has gone down hill fast. No more keeping the line clean, your food gets slid right through the mess from the order before, food is cold (right off the line). Just not the 'normal' Chipotle standard. I also run mobile orders for Chipotle and they take FOREVER. I don't understand why they don't have constant dedicated mobile order prep station. Definitely not COVID safe having so many people in there either waiting to order or waiting to pick up orders. Today (1/14), around 3pm they locked the doors and put up a mobile order only sign, but no instructions on how to pick up. Was told to use other door, but when I came back at 630 and went in other door, I got yelled at and told to get out. They still have 10/15 people crowded around waiting on their order. What a cluster, they need to stop running Free Delivery for Chipotle so they can get a handle on things.

Huge chipotle eater but this one always has problems. Between messing up orders, putting all online orders in front of in person orders and now without notice stopped in person orders. You have to ask for extra scoops because most likely they hold out and if your paying almost $3 for guacamole you might as well get it on the side because they will give you half a scoop on the bowl. They were already always backed up with orders but now it’s going to either be worst due to all of them being online or way better cause people are going to go elsewhere like I am currently. Lol. 3/10 would not recommend this location.
