Once again... they forgot my wings! Workers were in their cars instead of making sure orders were correct. Terrible service and I’d love my money back. Pizza doesn’t even look “normal”. Very rushed and the bread “sticks” are always bread loaves

This location used to be good, but the service is absolutely awful now. I did 10 years doing pizza, and I know the difference between inconvenience and true compliant. This place is TERRIBLE. Manager is extremely rude and the owner never followed up on the issue. Beyond my most recent issue, they also usually "don't have a driver" but then drivers are running when you go pick up the food. What a joke.

The lady on the phone tonight 10/16 Friday at 8:40PM hung up on me 6 times and all I needed was a refund for a drink. I paid for something and didn't get it. There is no excuse for being hung up on 6 times, and then answers "HELLO?" When I finally get her to not hang up on me. Does she think that is her personal cell phone? Why would someone like that want to work there? Just quit.

So whoever was working the phone last night, a girl, was the rudest person I've ever dealt with. As a restaurant owner, these types of employees should not represent your business and need to be replaced. She answered the phone like it was her home phone. Borderline abusive attitude. Been a customer since it opened. I'm done with it.

This store is always out of ingredients and unable to fulfill orders and meet the deal that Pizza Hut offers! After 30 years of ordering from this store, I will NEVER order from Pizza Hut again!!

Pizza and service are ALWAYS excellent at this location. So glad they reopened as they are definitely the best in the Midlothian area!
